Here in the US in amateur racing, like SCCA, the white flag is used a lot because a tow truck might go out on track while the race is still going on. White flag is pretty common to make sure the race still goes on. Or if a car is super slow on track then the white flag is used.

I do love the F1 car drive by much better than the drag car at the start. Please use that for the intro. The drag car makes me cringe every time...
And Disco, the most famous dodgy stop at that corner in Monaco in quali would have to be Schumacher...
