a. Mcap to be between 100cr to 500cr
b. Promoters Holdings should not be less than 50%
c. Topline should grow
d. Revenue and PAT if 30% to 40%
e. Growth should be at least 20% to 25%
f. Time period to look at least 3 to 5 years
g. Cashflow or Revenue if checked only for 6 months time period can be misleading...
However author has asked to focus on:
a. Annual Reports
b. Products/Management
c. Credit Ratings report
d. Quarterly Results
e. If any capex is planned or not.
