Soya chunks - 1 cup
Onion - 2
Tomato - 2
Ginger garlic paste -1 tbsp
Cinnamon stick - 1 inch
Black cardamom -1
Star anise -1
Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder -1 tsp
Coriander powder -1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1.5 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil -4 tbsp
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Chopped ginger -2 inch
