Black/green tea rinses help me so much with my hair shedding and people that I have told about them have seen results as well! After shampooing, I pour or spray the tea onto my scalp and strands. I leave it in for 30 or more mins then carry on with wash day!

Zinc,D3 ,cruciferous , omega 3, biotin the body and strength silica pumpkin oil are all great for your immune and health and hair growth
They are very expensive
Try organic coconut oil for the shedding

I found that standing the bottle in a pot of boiling water has worked for me. Or you could even just place it on a heater, that works too xx

Try Olaplex 0, 3 & 8, it comes as a bundle. My hair was shedding and I have seen such a difference, in the reduction. I buy from Lookfantstic.
No I am 4b c hair with low porositiy and it broke off my hair. It doesn't work for everyone. And I did try clarifying still it didnt work for me.
