Would love to see a start to finish attaching beadwork to a dog collar and a belt! Just getting into beading!
Thanks for watching! I send my beadstrips to my leather partner (Mile High Supply) to do the tooling and inlaying. Check out Hannah Mendell’s channel though. She has a great tutorial on inlaying beadstrips 👍🏻
Thank you for sharing your beautiful artistic work! Will try learning

Thank you soooo sooo much for creating this series! I can't wait to watch them all. I have been searching for a resource like this and just to learn how to make western beaded products and it's REALLY hard to find information. So thank you so much for sharing!!

I can't wait for more videos! I use 11/0 beads, what size and type of thread would you recommend?
Hi Kara! I am working on a “materials needed” video to put out next week sometime. I use 11/0 seed beads with a long size 10 needle. I started using nylon thread (size D) about a year ago and it has really made my bead strips extra durable. Hope this helps! Thanks for watching!
Can you make a video on pricing and the communication with your leather partner.
I absolutely can! Thank you for the suggestion!
Hi I have a pre beaded strip 6x8" that I want to sew to the front of a canvas bag that I have could you please help me out with a short video or some instructions on how to do this and what type needle and thread to use. I would sure appreciate any help you could give me

Hi! I only do the beadwork part. I have a leather partner that does all the sewing on caps and leather. I can’t help you with that part! Sorry!
Where do you get bulk delicas
I order from Golden Age Beads.
Wow!Such amazing beautiful beadwork..ahem..if i can ask..where did you get your poker card suite design w the name Gus?
I made that design about 3 years ago! Feel free to zoom in and use it for yourself!
Hi! I was wondering if you’ve done any necklaces or lanyard type beads that go all the way around with out a closure? Do you have and instagram so I can message you a picture of what I’m talking about?
I have one of your early projects :)
Yes, you do! That was back in my “I had no clue what I was doing” stage! Need to remake that piece so you can tell it’s Twin Peaks 😂
How do you attach the beadwork to the leather? Would love to see a video about that!
Hi Ine, thanks for watching! I send all of my beadstrips off to my leather partner, Mile High Supply. She does all of the tooling and attaching the beadstrips to leather. I may be able to talk her into making a special appearance on my channel!
I found a great tutorial video on attaching beadstrips to leather. Check out Hannah Mendell’s channel.
@@ranchwifelife4041 thank you! Yes i also found that going to try that. But first ordering all the material!
i really need help learning how to "finish" "close" the piece once i have finished the loom work. i can do the weaving. but i dont know how to close the threads and how to then attach the woven work to leather or to a belt buckle. HELP!!!!!!!!! please.
Hi Amy! Check out my beading 101 video to see how to finish the beadstrip, and stay tuned for a video coming out this week in collaboration with my leather partner that will show how to attach the beadstrip to leather. Thanks for watching!
What size it the patch on your hats. or size or count of the bead on your caps.
The one I am wearing in this video is about 2" X 4", 23 beads down and 58 across for a total bead count of 1334 beads. Size can vary by a row or two depending on design. The leather patch also varies based on the type of cap, but typically it adds a 1/2 inch to the top and bottom and 1/4 inch on the sides.
what place or store you recommend for buy a material???
Hi Ivan! Watch my materials video for more info and links to where I purchase everything you need to start beading!
Do you use the Delica beads exclusively?
I do, I like that they touch and there are no spaces like when I used round beads when I first started.
You sale a beads?
I order my beads from Golden Age Beads, but I do sell these finished beadstrips.
@@ranchwifelife4041 thanks for the information
