    I can't wait for more videos! I use 11/0 beads, what size and type of thread would you recommend?

      Hi Kara! I am working on a “materials needed” video to put out next week sometime. I use 11/0 seed beads with a long size 10 needle. I started using nylon thread (size D) about a year ago and it has really made my bead strips extra durable. Hope this helps! Thanks for watching!

    What size it the patch on your hats. or size or count of the bead on your caps.

    • @ranchwifelife4041
      @ranchwifelife4041  Před 3 lety

      The one I am wearing in this video is about 2" X 4", 23 beads down and 58 across for a total bead count of 1334 beads. Size can vary by a row or two depending on design. The leather patch also varies based on the type of cap, but typically it adds a 1/2 inch to the top and bottom and 1/4 inch on the sides.

    • @ranchwifelife4041
      @ranchwifelife4041  Před 2 lety

      I do, I like that they touch and there are no spaces like when I used round beads when I first started.
