KoolJung How is it a duplicate ? It has an entirely different move set ! Maybe in terms of it’s a cyber ninja in a slightly darker shade of yellow but that’s about it !
Finally a good version! Most Mugen games has too large sprites who are filling almost whole screen/background. Seeing this version gives hope
I like how he still throws the spear out of his hands instead of the torso compartment.

At 8:45 I like Human Sektor's other Fighting Stance i.e. Kung Lao's MK3 stance better than the Cyborg Sektor's stance inputted into Human Sektor.
A lot of these characters look REALLY polished (I.e. Hotaru, Quan Chi, etc.).

I feel like it should have a more electronic or robotic "Come here!" (maybe from an old home system port?), and why not keep Cyber-Smoke's spear?

I like that he has Scorpions voice programmed in his CPU and the spear in his hand, to let you know it's the Scorpion Robot.

Cyber raiden would be sweet...definitly keep his torpedo but add different lightening powers. Keep up down teleport but maybe add a lightening shot like star wars force lightening but just 1 beam like an actual lightening bolt.
Keep the grab thro but add a shock grab as well

Is on beta phase? I suggest that Cyber ninja should launch the spear from torax like smoke instead of classic spear skill of scorpion.
It is a good char, but im guessing that you will still work for make it better.
The animality and the friendship should be modified too.

Some characters are broke and or straight cheese. Some are hard to believe you actually settled and kept...the made up ones for instance. But good job games sweet..
