Excellent film which only RA could narrate and explain the reality that is a "petrol head" in an educated sense. The serious part in the middle where the ex police driver explains how to drive is worth looking at and copying. Such an attitude would save lives more than simply fining people for speeding

Well that is quite a find ! More than 25 years after watching Mr Bean for the first time, what a surprise to discover that R. There is a big change between a gasoline powered vehicle and a horse and buggy.
