Trump's Gag Order Violations Will Haunt Him During His Sentencing

  • Back in 2016, Donald Trump said that anyone under indictment shouldn't be allowed to run for President, which was a dig at the NOT INDICTED Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton. He probably wishes he had never said those words, given that he's now a convicted felon. But the Democratic Party needs to use those words against him in their campaign ads this year, as Farron Cousins explains.

Donald Trump's sentencing is coming up in less than a month now, folks, July 11th gonna be a kind of fun day, right? We're gonna finally see what could happen to him. What does the future hold? What is his fate going to be? And Donald Trump already has quite a lot working against him even before he goes to that sentencing hearing, which of course was brought up in a viewer question. This is from at William Steffens, who asks, uh, although I know you're not a lawyer yourself, based on your experience with lawyers, do you feel Judge Marshan will take into account trump's multiple violations of his gag order when considering Trump's punishment? When Trump is sentenced on July 11th? I do. Because everything that happens in that trial, including pre verdict punishments rendered against the defendant as in violations of the gag order. Those do come into play. Because let's not forget, right?
Like Donald Trump had what, 10 violations of the gag order and he was fined a thousand dollars per violation. That seemed relatively small at the time, right? I know I was mad about it. Like Donald Trump's out there causing people to get death threats, including the judge's family, for what he's saying in the judge is only hitting him for a thousand dollars. You could have thrown him in jail for it. You could have revoked his bond over that, but the judge didn't do it. So maybe, and this is, you know, just a theory I have, maybe it's right, maybe it's wrong, I don't know. But maybe that judge was waiting, maybe Judge Juan Marshan thought to himself, you know what? I'm gonna play it cool. I'm gonna let this guy do it. I'm gonna find him a thousand dollars per violation and we're gonna move on.
Because if that jury comes back with that guilty verdict, guess what? Then it's all up to me. Then I get to put the punishment in place. I get to be the one to make the decision, and that's when I'm gonna hit him as hard as I can. Maybe that's what he's thinking. But another thing, and this is something I don't think a lot of people realize that the judge will take into consideration, is the fact that that verdict came down on May 30th, okay? The sentencing is July 11th, so you got almost a month and a half in between there for the judge to watch Donald Trump. So everything Trump says, every time he rails against the judge, every time he rails against the system, anytime he goes out there and doesn't show remorse for what he did, 'cause he is a convicted felon, now a jury of his peers said, you did this, you are guilty. And the thing the judge will be looking for is whether or not Donald Trump seems to have changed. Has he amended his ways? Does he seem remorseful or regretful about any of it? Obviously the answer to that is no. Donald Trump does not. Honestly, I don't even know if Donald Trump is capable
Of feeling remorse or sorrow or regret. So the judge is gonna look at that and that may actually weigh heavier on him than his repeated violations of the gag order. Now, none of us knows for sure what is going to happen. You know, Rashaan could just ignore the gag order, ignore Trump's behavior over the last month and a half and say, listen, here's what I can do. Here's what I'm gonna do. Get the hell outta here. You know, go appeal it if you want. I don't care. I'm done. And that could be the end of it. And honestly, also a very likely scenario there, we won't know until the day happens. But trust me, it's gonna be interesting. And that actually is just saying the least possible. Maybe it's bad for Trump, maybe it's better than he thinks. Either way, we're not gonna find out till the 11th.

Everything is about him, nothing is his fault, everyone that doesn't like him is out to get him, etc. He lies so much I seriously think he actually believes his lies are true. Narcissists can never accept any responsibility. What is even scarier is he and his cult are acting exactly the same way the Nazis did in the 1920's and 1930's, in the country that stood up to that exact form of evil regime! We absolutely CANNOT let Trump win this election! The fate of the country, and the free world, depends on it!

      Expanding Welfare Without Work
President Biden’s 2024 budget continues his Administration’s disturbing trend of discouraging work. The Biden Budget proposes resurrecting the expanded Child Tax Credit spending program from the ARP, radically changing the long-standing, bipartisan Child Tax Credit by removing work requirementsand turning it into an unconditional cash payment per child.
This policy would cost taxpayers an astonishing cost of $429 billion despite only expanding for just three years. However, the removal of work requirements would be permanent policy.
If the policy was made permanent, Joint Committee on Taxation (JCT) analysis projects, over the next decade, this expanded entitlement programs would:
Cost taxpayers $1.4 trillion over the next decade,
Shrink the economy by $50 billion,
Lead to a $19 billion loss of private-sector investment,
Sideline 300,000 workers, pushing more Americans on welfare dependence.
Biden discourages work at precisely the wrong time:
There are 2.8 million fewer people working today than before the pandemic despite nearly 11 million job openings for 5.7 million unemployed individuals. That is a ratio of almost two jobs open per unemployed person. ^^^ source, BUDGET COMMITTEE

      FAIR Take | April 2024
The Georgia Legislature took a significant step towards improving public safety last week by passing the Georgia Criminal Alien Track and Report Act of 2024 (HB 1105) and sending it to Governor Brian Kemp’s desk. If signed into law, HB 1105 will put teeth into Georgia’s anti-sanctuary law to ensure criminal aliens operating in Georgia communities are not shielded from immigration enforcement.
HB 1105 requires Georgia’s local law enforcement agencies to cooperate in the enforcement of federal immigration laws by honoring of detainer requests. The bill also imposes penalties for sheriff’s offices and jailers who refuse to participate in ICE’s 287(g) program. If found violating HB 1105, the locality will lose state and federal funding.

A 35 second clip of the eulogy was viewed by nearly half a million times in the six hours. Biden, who has faced criticism in the past over comments he made about working with segregationists, gave the eulogy for Byrd at his funeral in 2010. "Bishop, Reverend Clergy, Mona and Marjorie, the entire Byrd family-if you didn't already know it, it's pretty clear the incredible esteem your father was held in," Biden said in his opening remarks.
Byrd, a member of the Democratic Party, served as a U.S. Senator from West Virginia for more than 50 years, from 1959 until his death. The politician's past was not without controversy, however.
In the early 1940s, Byrd recruited 150 of his friends and associates to form a local chapter of the Ku Klux Klan, a designated hate group,
