ప్రకాశం బ్యారేజి దిగువన సీతానగరం సీతమ్మ వారి పాదాలు మధ్య బస్సులకు కొత్త బ్రిడ్జి నిర్మించాలి.
కొండలో సొరంగం ద్వారా సీడ్ యాక్సిస్ రోడ్డుకు కలపాలి అని మొదట అనుకున్నారు. ఆలా చేస్తే ప్రకాశం బ్యారేజి కి ముప్పు వస్తుందని ప్లాన్ మార్చారు. అందుకే సీడ్ యాక్సిస్ రోడ్డును ఉండవల్లి మీదగా మణిపాల్ హాస్పిటల్ దగ్గర NH 16 లో కలుపుతున్నారు.
ఐకానిక్ బ్రిడ్జి కన్నా ముందు చేయవల్సిన పనులు చాలా ఉన్నాయి. విజయవాడ విస్తరించడానికి, ట్రాఫిక్ తగ్గించడానికి గుణదల ఫ్లైఓవర్, సింగ్ నగర్ రెండో ఫ్లైఓవర్, సిద్ధార్థ కాలేజీ ఫ్లైఓవర్ (దాదాపు పూర్తి అయ్యింది) అవసరం. అమరావతి పెరిగితే విజయవాడ పెరుగుతుంది. అప్పడు విజయవాడ లో ట్రాఫిక్ పరిస్థితి ఇంకా ఎక్కువ అవుతుంది. అమరావతి లో ఉండే వాళ్ళు రైల్వే స్టేషన్, ఎయిర్పోర్ట్, షాపింగ్, ఇతర అవసరాల కోసం విజయవాడ మీద చాలా ఆధారపడతారు.
అంటే , మీ అభిప్రాయంలో అమరావతి కేవలం విజయవాడ కి శాటిలైట్ సిటీగానే ఉండచ్చు అనేగా . దానిలో నిజం ఉంది .
@@m.r.prasad కాదు. ఒక నగరం మానవ వనరులతో (social infrastructure) పూర్తి స్థాయి సదుపాయాలు కలిగిన పెద్ద నగరంగా అభివ్రిద్ది చెందాలంటే చాలా సంవత్సరాలు పడుతుంది. Social infrastructure అంటే పని వాళ్ళు, ఎలెక్ట్రిసియన్లు, ప్లంబర్లు, చెత్త ఎత్తే వాళ్ళు, డ్రైనేజి శుభ్రం చేసే వాళ్ళు, ఇతర సర్వీస్లు చేసే వాళ్ళు, చిరు వ్యాపారస్తులు, అమరావతి లో నివసించలేరు. ఎందుకంటే వాళ్ళు ఉండాలంటే తక్కువ ఖర్చులో నివాస సదుపాయాలు, స్కూళ్ళు, ఆసుపత్రులు ఇతర సదుపాయాలు ఉండాలి. Physical infrastructure అభివ్రిద్ది తొందరగానే అవుతుంది. Social infrastructure చాలా సంవత్సరాలు పడుతుంది. కొత్తగా కట్టిన ఛత్తీస్గఢ్ గ్రీన్ఫిల్డ్ రాజధాని 'నయా రాయపూర్' ఇందుకు ఒక ఉదాహరణ. కట్టిన మూడు సంవత్సరాలలో లక్షమంది 25 కిలోమీటర్ల దూరంలో ఉన్న పాత రాయపూర్ నుంచి కొత్త రాయపూర్ కి షిఫ్ట్ అవుతారు అనుకున్నారు, కానీ 20,000 మంది మాత్రమే షిఫ్ట్ అయ్యారు. గ్రీన్ఫిల్డ్ Navi Mumbai రెండో ఉదాహరణ. దూర ప్రాంతాలకు వెళ్లే రైళ్ల కోసం, రైల్వే స్టేషన్ కోసం థానే గాని ముంబై గాని వెళ్ళాలి. అమరావతి లో social infrastructure డెవలప్ అయ్యే వరకు విజయవాడ, మంగళగిరి, చుట్టుపక్కల నుంచి అమరావతి కి పనులకు, వ్యాపారాలకు వెళ్లి వచ్చే వాళ్ల వాళ్ళ విజయవాడ, మంగళగిరి మీద ట్రాఫిక్ ఒత్తిడి పెరుగుతుంది. అమరావతి లో కాస్ట్ అఫ్ లివింగ్ ఎక్కువ ఉంటుంది.

@@m.r.prasad నవి ముంబై లో రాయపూర్ లో ఉన్నంత సమస్య లేదు. నేను చెప్పేదేంటంటే, అమరావతి అభివ్రిద్ది చెందే క్రమంలో social infrastructure కోసం విజయవాడ, మంగళగిరి, చుట్టు పక్కల గ్రామాలలో వలసలు పెరుగుతాయి. అందుకే విజయవాడ లో ముఖ్యమైన physical infrastructure అభివ్రిద్ది నిర్లక్ష్యం చేయవద్దని. గుణదల , సింగ్ నగర్ రెండో ఫ్లైఓవర్ లేకపోతే నగరం అడ్డంగా (ఉత్తరంగా) విస్తరంచడానికి వీలు లేక, ఇప్పటికే నిలువుగా 20 km విస్తరించిన నగరం ఇంకా నిలువుగా విస్తరిస్తుంది. అప్పుడు ట్రాఫిక్ సమస్య ఇంకా దారుణం అవుతుంది. నాకు తెలిసి సిద్ధార్థ కాలేజీ ఫ్లైఓవర్ ఖచ్చితంగా ఈ 5 ఏళ్లలో పూర్తి చేస్తారు.

If the current cost of Iconic bridge is 3000 crores, it is an unnecessary expenditure for the huge-debt ridden AP. They should consider building a normal bridge with less cost. Or, if they add any tourist attractions and charge, they should be able to recover the expenditure from users.
The funda will be given by central government you need not worry about it. And once it's done then the amount of tourism and brand that can bring back can't be measured with anything. Last 5 yrs a scyko has demolished whole AP and I hope you are also part of it. So you can do your work and we will take care of AP development.

AP is investing it's blood and sweat for Amaravathi, can't imagine the consequences if it can't give return for investments. World is about to face economic depression, AP has negative budget, it is not possible to develop new city with negative budget. Developing existing city is more easy than drain of existing budget on total barren land. Additionally 7k cr loans were taken in just 7 days.😔
