Unfortunately 490 is a relatively high score for newcomers ..
    Specially without experience ..
Even with experience I barely touch 474 .. with 2 year's experience I might get enough points but by then who knows what's up .. Sucks to not have relatives etc. to increase points and other kinds of support be it financially or emotional ..

Shoulda been here during COVID. Got in with part time job for a couple weeks and the TR to PR pathway. Pretty sweet!

Yeah I understand. I have PhD, no work experience because I studied abroad for 15 years and can speak 4 languages.
But my cousin who can't speak English and have a relative in Canada, got PR.

@@leihejun844 that's right .. EZ with relatives and fkall without .. basically at the mercy of points going lower for a draw

@@Adhgnis they give no points for the years we spend outside our country. instead they give PR to people who've never been abroad.

At 486, but looking at the score distribution i would say 487
    Draw size would be less
The candidates are pouring in continuously each day.
483 would be impossible in next draw

My fiancé and I are American and are facing a lot of discrimination and feel quite unsafe here in the US, for plenty of reasons. We’re going to be moving out of the country and are really considering Canada. However, we graduated from high school in 2021 and haven’t continued our education. We also don’t have much work experience.
We want to settle down and start a life in Canada (even with the struggles of moving to a new country). We’d love to earn a living while going back to school at the same time, so we could eventually start our desired careers there. But the country seems to only have pathways for highly skilled workers who already have a college education. I’ve also heard that Canada apparently doesn’t recognize foreign experience or education if we had done this here. I’ve also heard they have a points based system for that too. But how do you get in if they don’t consider it?
I enjoy watching your videos and I appreciate all of the advice you give to people on the topic of immigration, Igor.
I was wondering if you had any advice on how to migrate to Canada as an unskilled worker with little qualifications.
Keep up the good work, man!

I guess it's because a lot of my friends have left Canada already(and they come from all over the place: India, Indonesia, Moldova, Bulgaria, Pakistan, etc). Many, including me, are in the process of doing so. It has been very tough living here in the last 2 years. If it was not for the war in Ukraine I would have left long time ago.

Can I apply for Permanent Residency (PR)? Do I need to create an IRCC account to get invite for PR application? My wife is a international student and I’m her dependent which I have a OWP Status here in Canada. So basically she has an IRCC Account which I am her dependent there. Hope someone can answer my question. Thanks and GOD Bless.
