Interesting he mentioned how precise stage personnel is. The team behind Silvester casually declined the offer to work for Eurovision proper to avoid conflicts of interest. If that ain't a flex, I don't know what is. Oh but a same person was work with Beyoncey in Sweden leg of the tour.
