SPRING IS HERE! AN EASTER BIRDING SPECTACULAR! A mega rare American Tern!

Our first trip in our newly converted van, we travel to Somerset, Dorset and Devon in search of rare birds, with some surprises, an unexpected Mega rare American tern and a new lifer, its an easter birding spectacular!

I was at Ham Wall last Friday, it was my first time there. I saw the Garganey, Glossy Ibis and the Spotted Redshank. Some Ring-necked duck had been reported but I didn't see them. We also saw an Otter which was another first.

Hi, another interesting video. I live in mid Dorset so most of these locations are my local birding spots. Surprised you didn’t try for the yelllow browed warbler which had been showing near the Dorchester sewage works for a while - you must have driven quite close on your route to/from Portland.
