Question for people that sell older electronics: Lets say - you test a 1990s VCR . Works great at your house . However - it's REALLY on its last legs . You sell it and ship it and in shipping , just having it get tossed around , makes it NOT work. And the customer tells you so. What do you do ?

We have free returns so we have to give a full refund! I know it stinks but its apart of the business. I feel like having free returns leads to more sales.

12:43 ALWAYS break down your big bills the day before at the bank. Get plenty of ones, fives tens . People at these sales are not professionals and are probably gonna get hit with 20's all day long (and that's with people buying a Happy Meal prize for a dollar and paying with a 20). Same goes for FLEA MARKETS . Having exact change will make the transaction go smoother . Doesn't give them time to regret anything.

Let me tell you- at the flea market - sometimes if a vendor has to make change - and someone DISTRACTS HIM - 1) he can give you back the wrong change and 2) you wanna keep moving - see something NICE on the next table -- and he's taking FOREVER to make your change.... and wham- someone NABS that thing you were looking at while waiting for your change. @@gulfcoastpickers941
