This is what I've built in 30k Ryzen 5 3400g CPU- 12800 Gigabyte B450m motherboard- 6400 2 sticks of 3000mhz 8gb corsiar vengeance ram-6100 450 watt corsiar Vs-450 PSU-2300 Cabinet- 2100 Zebronics transformer mouse and keyboard-1200 + Additional cooler master hyper H410R cooler-1500 P.S this build is without graphic card but believe me 3400g integrated graphics is a serious beast. I've literally played GTA V on medium setting and too without a single lag or 40fps

also you mentioned that the pc build totally costs 36k with a gpu but if we do not install a gpu in this it will cost 30k. if you see carefully the i5 9400f doesnt come with integrated graphics and hence a seperate gpu is totally needed otherwise the pc wont output anything to the monitor.

Should have gone with Ryzen. Ryzen has dedicated GPU known as vega 8 in it self. If you have gone with Ryzen 3 2200g / 3200g you could have save some more money and bought another 8gb stick. An Msi b450 m-atx motherboard should suffice. As Intel's inbuilt GPU is a thumbs down when it comes about budget gaming.
He said if you want to add this graphics card then your budget will exceed from 30k to 36k but intel i5 9400f does not come with integrated graphics so you are forced to use a graphics card. Atleast he must have thought twice before mentioning the title of this video.
