Honestly, I hope this series will be successful for these actors. Seeing the actors enjoy and cry, I can already see how much they did their best to share this journey. I'll watch it for these actors when the series comes out, and I really hope it's successful

I love how everyone just rushes to comfort Iñaki as soon as Emily notices. In my book, if the Japanese, introvert feels comfortable enough to hug the emotional, Mexican, extrovert without thinking twice I think it's good to say that the chemistry and bond is there. The camaraderie among the whole cast as a whole feels so warm and watching more interviews and bts's is evident that they were all meant to find each other to play these beloved roles.
I've never watched anime One Piece but my friends who have, loved and enjoyed this season as much (if not more) than I did. This comes to show how great team work really plays a key role in the success of such projects. Definitely worth watching.

Inaki crying from joy was very hearttouching, it truly feels like they know how special this story and crew are. And inaki/Luffy adorably saying "All great fighters call out their finishing moves right!" as if for his approval and Mackenyu/Zoro's cool annoyed "No they don't.." is too funny!!!😆

You can tell this series means the world to Iñaki, and as a Mexican myself I can totally understand the joy that is to watch someone like me be heading such and ambitious project, we Latinos dreamed with this kind of opportunity and finally were here

He means the pride and ambition to be part of big worlwide famous projects, as most of those are filled with people from countries like the US, Canada or the European union. Not many latinos get to expand beyond the borders of their countries nor are we the first choice for huge media companies. Hell, most markets don't even care about selling to us.
@@tempest2789 Yes, not only that but to be a part of such a massive project at only 17-20 years old is a huge deal. He is representing Hispanics/Latino's, but it's also a major accomplishment for any actor and a huge milestone for his career.
The show could still be ass but the cast being such good friend and have great chemistry already gives me Straw hat family and that's all I need. I'm here for my found family.

I just finished the series and can genuinely say that their passion for One Piece showed. Amazing casting, acting, directing, story-telling. I laughed, I cried. It was amazing
That tears from Iñaki tells you a whole new level of dedication, hardwork, and passion. You know he really loves what he does, it's not just the hardwork he sees, but every single day that happened ever since he auditioned, passed the auditions, started studying Luffy and the filming - everything flashes back within those minutes while watching the teaser. My brother asks me why he cried, I told him that, "We can only see the results, not the whole process. So, learn to appreciate every single person who shows you their final work because they literally gave their everything to be confident enough to show it to you."

You can just tell that Inaki is one of those people who could practically bring *anyone* together. Their enthusiasm and genuine love is just so STRONG! I hope he gets more roles - He reminds me a lot of Gaten Matarazzo from Stranger Things.

The live actions incredible, from the acting, to the production, to the fighting choreography! As a One Piece fan, I am so delighted with the series. Everyone involved should be very proud of themselves.

Even if this doesnt live up to our expectations, you can tell that this show was made with a whole lot of love, from the cast to the production crew. It wont be the anime, but itll be amazing either way.

It sucks to see the criticism they get for doing the best they can do. I know it’s a tougher ask, but I hope this series turns out to be the best live action anime 🙏🤞
They're not the ones getting criticism. It's just that it's extremely hard to convert anime vfx into real filming, and the production teams typically don't put in nearly as much funding or effort as they would need to to make it look good

Never read the books, never watched the anime. Watches this show, expecting it would be very bad. I was amazed and cannot wait until season 2. Everything about it is perfect and the actors and Luffy are incredible. Insanely good. Luffy actor is brillant and it’s incredible they found someone that’s as close as Luffy is.
Imagine the pressure they were under, especially Inaki playing Luffy. I’m so happy it turned out great. Pls pls pls give us season2🙏

Oda did a AMAZING job, this is definitely a family and not a cast, just seeing the characters bond already and seeing inakigo A-K-A luffy tearing up seals the deal for me, I said something similar on another video but this just SHOWS they actually want this to be great for the fans and they really cherish these roles, I don’t think people realize the amount of weight their carrying on their shoulders, especially inakigo, either way good or bad, the characters already won in my book, the rest is up to oda.
We gotta get them a season 2 y'all they put too much work in this for it to be 1 season. I know for sure they are gonna do phenomenal.

Just watched the season 1. OMFG, i cried every single episodes, especially the last episode. The casts is perfection, their chemistry and energy is crazy especially Inaki as luffy. Kudos to everyone who works on this project! Love love love it so much!

I'd loved seeing more of Usopp's actor!! Usopp is such a fun-loving dork, but his trailer shots looked so serious. I loved seeing Jacob Romero Gibson jumping up and down in the beginning, I could definitely see him as Usopp!

At this point, there's just too many reasons for me to watch this live adaptation. I just love how One Piece was able to bring these lovely people together and form such great bond and chemistry. It really brings the essence of our 2D Straw Hats to life, which in itself, is a strong reason to anticipate, support, and appreciate it. This has been years in the making and today is finally the D-Day. To everyone involved in the making of this found-family-journey-come-to-life, you have my respect. I know it wasn't an easy road, from pre to post production process, to the mass media opinions. But right now, I don't have any reasons not to like from everything I've seen. I will love it no matter what❤ ONE PIECE IS REAL!
