    Dr. Jim Coakley is professor of Bible at Moody Bible Institute. He earned his BA in Pastoral Studies from Calvary Bible College, his M.Div. and Th.M. in Old Testament from Grace Theological Seminary, and his doctorate from Covenant Theological Seminary. Jim lives with his wife, Gayle, in the western suburbs of Chicago and has two adult children and three grandchildren.

    Thanks! I remember from my NT Survey class, Matthew's key word is "King".
    I like the Heb. 13:5 reference that our Lord will not forsake/leave us in correlation with God with us ❤. We don't have to pray "Lord be with us...." as He is! 😊
    As for the Chosen reference - an interesting and informative audio is on David Wheaton's website / podcast where he and his special guest talk about it. It won't let me post the name of it, but if you put his name and "Worldview" in a search engine, it will come up 😉.

    I felt the excitement of Dr. Coakley as he unpacked his presentation of Matthew. I look forward to this time in the Word. Once again, I so very much appreciate these interviews. It helps to bring the writing to life even more. Thank you!
