Vivos are wicked narrow, for sure. At least in the forefoot for my 4E foot! I actually swapped the laces for elastic laces set as loose as possible and I removed the tread from the gusset (I know that is going to end up killing the longevity, lol). Anyway, the sock like design of these look like I could wear them without laces. I might have to give them a go. The most comfortable shoes are the ones you aren't wearing. If I could live without shoes, I would.
Why did you decide to stop wearing them outside the gym? Did it cause you problems? Just wondering as I recently started and mainly walk on pavements, I don't run.
@@PeteOnPurposeI found the insole that Freet use in their Pace shoe really reduced the foot pain. But even then, walking on concrete for more than about an hour and a half leaves my feet aching a bit. Still early days in the transition. I’ve just bought a pair of these Lonowear for the gym. Hope they don’t take months to arrive.😱
Yea, I don’t know how it works but I have been wearing my barefoot shoes in bali to walk about and I’ve had zero problems, so maybe the ground is softer here than the UK. Hopefully the Lonos don’t take too long I’ve been loving mine in the gym
So who was expecting another barefoot shoe video?

Yes, no shoes is the dream
Damn right about Vivo. Far tighter than my regular shoes, I hated them.
Great video mate! Appreciate the hit at the end :D
haha, I hope it surprised you
The grip feature is very cool
Just need to take up track running now
Hey mate, you doing a follow up to the loan peak vid?
I wasn't planning on it, what would you like to know?
@@PeteOnPurpose how’s the tread going? You wear them on concrete?
Just been wearing them to workout mate, they have been surviving CrossFit classes and still don’t smell 😅

I started experiencing foot pain which seemed to disappear when I started wearing Altras
@@PeteOnPurposethanks for replying and including what you moved too 👍🏻
Why not wear a thicker insole in your barefoot shoes? Shouldn't that fix the concrete problem?
I feel like I did try that and it didn't seem to help?

Terrible availability though. Been sold out for months now every since i first found out about them.
I guess the demand has been more than they anticipated?
You need to get someone else to do the sniff test 🫤
I'm not sure I could find someone brave enough for that task :P
@@PeteOnPurpose don’t @ me
