I got one because I have a privacy fence and didn't want the gas trimmer to damage it. Works great. It is what it is, and some people expect miracles. I would recommend it for small jobs.

Great trimmer love that you don't have to bend over so much easier. The shears would be great along my flower beds.

IS it just me or wasn't hard to remove the trimmer from the pole? I love it otherwise and if it wasn't for your clear explanation I would never have gotten the back on. thanks!

The whole unit is for grass not hedges. The longer blades are to catch more surface area for an overgrown lawn

That device really sucks, I'm glad you made a review of it so I can see for myself what the other bad reviews on amazon where all about. I have a bad back and would rather use manual sheers to do the job
