As I do this professionally, no battery or electric tool in my experience can match a petrol powered machine. If you have a small garden, you can probably get by, for large gardens, go petrol! There are some decent lower priced machines that will do the job much better. I obviously use rather expensive pro tools, but do it every day, which the average home owner won't! A lot of these tools look good value, but most are just cheap crap. A low end Husqvarna or Stihl will last you a lifetime if served properly!!
