21:Sanji, perception blitzed queen, someone with observation haki, people without observation haki can perceive SOL, Sanji also dodged all of queens lasers and was moving so fast he turned invisible, broke a sword with his neck, and awakened his blue flames, blue flames should be more destructive than Akainus magma, Sanji also scales this high for his relativity to zoro but i couldn’t scale him inbetween anywhere
22:King Scales under sanji due to sanji and zoros relativity and also gets immensely perception blitzed by sanji
23:Kid, did some damage to big mom but doesn’t scale above sanji simply because of his zoro rivalry, also alone he’s nothing, he gets one shotted by yonkos
24:Katakuri relative to snakeman luffy, is a yc1, has future sight, coc, awk fruit
25:Queen, he scales relative in speed to base king who’s faster than his transformation and also their rivalry are like zoro and sanjis which is why i put queen on yc1
