Made these a couple days ago and my husband and I loved them!! Totally failed to plan in enough time for cooking them on 350 for a couple hrs so I cooked them for about 25min on 450 and they still turned out great!

Most videos show them searing the chops before putting them in the oven & then adding the flour mixture. But this looks as good as those & a lot easier because you don’t waste your time, just put everything together in the oven and your done. I’m definitely going to try it this way

This dude cooks a like me as far as spices go I like his style. I noticed a lot of black folks cook a lot like us Natives do. When we first starting to be introduced to the European American way of life the men in my Tribe where hired as cowboys and the women worked as cooks. I started watching your cooking channels about a month ago. I think you are the best!
So good, the only thing I did differently is I made a slurry (or paste) with 3tbs of flour and 3tbs of the chicken broth and then combined in the gravy mix. Just seemed easier to blend for me. But wow the result was just as advertised. Looked good, smelled good, and TASTED GREAT..
