Wow. I thought I knew all of Wynns Wonders... Not at all. An Eye Opening Video.. Atkinson View Liner... Scania... Wonderful. 44 Tonnes and more of Thanks. Douglas Vick Cheltenham Spa...
@@lynnewayne6898 thanks for that. Very much appreciated love old family businesses that keep going from generating to the next generation. Lots of history. And a great laugh along the way
@@jessicatorretto159 you're welcome. My (ex) husband worked for them from the late 70's until the 90's when Wynns finished but (kind of) merged. They then evolved into Econofreight who finished in 2000 I think! when my then, still husband, started working at GCS Johnson. He retired this year. He worked as Project Manager for all of those companies who were all heavy haulage and mainly abnormal loads. There will be others, more qualified than me, who will know the correct date history. Heavy transport has many knowledgeable followers. My information is taken from a more domestic aspect! 😂 All the companies named can be seen on CZcams 'doing their impressive stuff.' The video music is good. I'm impressed that you play the sax!

I imagine a great many of these weird and wonderful devices were built to special order to Wynn's own design.
A lot of special trailers where special orders for Wynne and also custom built a lot heavy tractor units and trailers in house
