Tamiya tanks are expensive, but Henlong tanks are cheaper.

hello I have one but when it works it makes a loud noise, it works perfect but the noise is almost unbearable. I had to change the metallic tracks for plastic ones, but the noise doesn't diminish either. The gears are metallic and are not even sealed to be greased.

Truly awesome model.
If possible you should try to stabilise the gun's traverse- and elevation-controls using gyros so the gun can stay locked in the same attitude towards an imaginary target.
Tamiya really loves that.
The mobility is also excellent

I drove a real one in the Iraq invasion in 2003. That's pretty neat. Although the suspension loading effect should be different (hardly any really) when the cannon is fired at 90° & 270° (+/- a few). That things really cool though 👍

@Klaus Josef Eichmann I don't have to imagine it lol. I've had it happen during the invasion. Although it was an RPG (fortunately not an RPG-7), not a round from a tank. They are pretty cramped. I mean, it's not super cramped like you can't even budge, but. I forget what it is but there's a height limit.
@Klaus Josef Eichmann yeah, they have 1500 horsepower GE (General Electric) turbines and Allison transmissions. Yeah those Leopards are nice. I've never driven one but have been around them while stationed in Germany.

Best RC i ever saw! How much is this? Does tamiya have type 74 and M60 Patton?
Nope - All you can get as an RC variant nowadays are the Panzer IV, Jagdpanzer IV, Tiger, King Tiger, Panther, Jagd Panther, Leopard 2A6, M4 Sherman, Super Sherman, M26 Pershing, M551 Sheridan, M1A2 Abrams, KV-1, KV-2, JS-2, JGSDF Type 10. Some of which are becoming less and less available. There were also some early RC models which have been rereleased as Display Stand models only like the Leopard 1 and the Gepard 1A2 but can be made functional requiring lots of work though ( Tanks in bold are the ones I own ).
I for one am currently on the process of doing an E-100 Super Heavy Tank i.imgur.com/twUFyDf.png using a 3-Axis CNC and two 3D Printers to create parts directly or positives/negatives for ZAMAK Castings ( in SIlicone ) like the Sprockets, Idlers, and Tracks.
Tamaya tanks cost over $1000.
I challenge you to a battle my 1/16 Heng Long M1A2 metal track,metal drive wheels,metal bearing and roller wheels o also metal recoil barrel that actually fire a projectile.
