Superb music composition coupled with class animatronics and a heartwrenching scene. What really gets me is the eyes. They were so realistic, they say the eyes are the window to the soul and they managed to capture that and show a genuine care in Joe's eyes. The look of a kind soul recognising a young boy in danger as he once was and a need to help and save an innocent from a purely unselfish preposition. This was truely a beautiful scene.

I watched that movie when I was a boy, not more than 4-5. and because of this scene I was always afraid of the Wheel, but I reassured myself saying that if it turns bad Joe will be there

I always wonder how they film scenes like this. Did they really topple a real ferris wheel?

Charlize is so beautiful. I watched this movie for the first time in years and cried like a baby. I forgot how heart wrenching this scene is.
