I am Indian, and Mexicans always confuse me for being Mexican, they come up to me and talk in Spanish or even ask me if i am from Mexico, and i have to explain i don't speak Spanish, and they're nice about it, they laugh it off and tell me "oh, sorry, i thought you were Mexican", and i kind of laugh it off too.

Im a British Indian and went on holiday to Mexico. Waiters etc got confused that I couldnt speak Spanish and almost seemed disappointed in me. For the first time in my life I understood what it must feel like to be a white guy travelling Europe. I blended in!
India has ALL kinds of weather at the same time. In some parts it snows, in some parts it is like a sahara dezert, in some parts , it like venice. So one can get away with anything.

Joke was about Indians living in America though. They are one of the richest minority there. Some Mexicans, struggle with keeping credit scores high and fail to get good credit cards. So they end up paying cash or using debit cards.

Cristela is a good example of how there are funny female comedians, and then there are women who just aren't funny. Both states can co-exist. She falls in the former category. Having said that, the last part was hilarious. Additionally, as an Indian, I can vouch that we have all sorts of weather conditions - snowy (Jammu Kashmir), bone-dry hot (Rajasthan), and humid (Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu). In fact, some places are host to the hottest and coldest conditions depending on the time of the day (e.g. Rann of Kutch).
My brother in law is half Thai, from San Antonio TX. So, he grew up basically needing to learn Spanish, because latinos would walk right up to him, speaking Spanish. (Also, the comfortable "I believe that you understand Spanish so I don't have to slow down for your white ears" Spanish.)
