On my GK with this build reload is currently at under 23 seconds with a range in the low 17km of while retaining its 10.7km sec range but swapping the inspirations for both Di Revel and either Ruchang, Colorado or Fisher will lower it under 21 but only Fisher will boost the range to the high 17km so in other words she can work but the drawback from Boomsticks is something to be considered and that's the only reason I have her for secondary build over Hide meanwhile Hide definitely excels better in sniping at long ranges.
I used to run that build but traded it for Clara Teslau with Boomsticks, Porcupine, OST, MM and FwF with Hipper & Kedrov fully maxed. For ship mod I'm running Sec, Prop, Concealment and Main Reload for a total reload of 22.9 with a range of 17.3km with the 406s while retaining the 10.7km sec gun range and even with the 7.5 reload it's still faster than Schlieffen. My new motto is: DPM is your best friend, RNG is your worst enemy. I'm running my Tirpitz with Megatron using Di Revel and Fisher full brawler build launching shells every 16.6 seconds with a range of 17.2. I do have 2 Kraken vids with it in my channel using a LegMod.

The G.K. should have the same sonar as her German subordinates. It's absurd that it doesn't. My question to A A Ron is this..... What would he do to transform the G.K. into a better ship?
I got the GK recently and I am a bit disappointed. compared to Conqueror, Yama or Montana, the GK seems weak. maybe I am not used to the GK, or its the ship. the main guns struggle to hit and the HP go down so damn fast once spotted :(
No reason Colbert needs 32mm armor everywhere. I don't mind belt and upper belt, as I think angling is much more skill intensive than just bow tanking, but no reason it needs to be able to bounce 457mm guns by bow tanking in a light cruiser.

Try Megatron with Fisher instead. It will give you a bit more range. Mine is reloading at 13.8 with a range of 16.7km.

I actually believe this is the way to play GK. I would swap Free to Play Hipper w/AL Hipper to make it even more tanky.

The highest I got with a FULL MAX HEALTH Commander Build is 119,980…98 score on survivability
Yeah I've got a special GK build with 119k health. It's quite useful because the heals get more health back as well.
Solid games are good for the soul, I'll take 5 wins like this before 2 200,000 damage "losses" anytime 😅
