    Hey there, would love to have a quick view of the ignition system on the 585 if at all possible! Looking forward to seeing one in person.

    Very good Dave!- great to see You've got these two new saws- i like Your comment on the dented mufflers- a typical Husky trait? All my Huskys are dented too-
    I'd like to see You running them too if possible?
    Thanks Dave-👍

    Very good reveiw. There both lovely saws. I hope to purchase one of them in future🤞 Can I ask you if there is much work in Ireland with chainsaws anymore. I would be very interested in the sort of work you do.

    Thanks for the video ! Can you tell me if the 395 dawgs will fit on either / both of these power heads. Thanks from British Columbia.

      Hello, no very different mounting on 585/592. There is a bigger set which I did fit to my 592, have a look on instagram- outinthewoodagain and you'll see them

    I have been running my new 395xp all week .That saw can cut .a joy to run.I would like to try the new models. I would think they are lighter than the 390/395xp?

    Very nice review, thank you for sharing. Will you choose 592xp over ms 500i, or 500i over 592xp for the long run ?

      Tomasz the honest and fair comparison, It wouldn't be kind to compare the 572xp to the 500i, nor would it be fair to compare the 592xp to the 500i. There is too much of a difference in cc's, around 10 in both directions!! In other words the 500i is undermatched when it comes to the 592xp in cc's and horsepower! However the 500i is overmatched vs. the 572.

    Good evening Dave how do you rate the Husky tough lite bars . I’ve been trying to get a 28inch TSU but none about until early next year would the husky bar be a alternative
    Thanks

      @outinthewood3578  Před 2 lety

      Hello, the Husqvarna bar is a TSU bar which I'm sure you knew but there were some photos prior to launch of 585/592 which showed Sugi bars which caused a bit of confusion. I've been using TSU for several years and like them.

    Slightly off topic, will those double felling dogs/spikes fit a 572? The west coast jobbies need the different clutch cover found the part number for the outside to match the standard but those look like a middle ground between the two.

    • @outinthewood3578
      @outinthewood3578  Před 2 lety +1

      No, the outside would but the inside would need so much work that I don't think it would last as the mount is very different.

      @@outinthewood3578 Thanks, already checked the 562/572 and they won't shame really think they are missing a trick. West coast dogs have a bit too much bite on hardwoods.
      Standard outside on the next parts order for an experiment.

    Hello, just curious to know how you run in your saws out of the box? Hope all is well, cheers 👍🏼

      Hello Tom, I just run them with no special treatment, however, I would avoid a sale of windblown timber as with the best will in the world your chain will not be as sharp as it should be all the time so not a great idea for a new saw running hard in that type of timber like wise I would avoid a big day of rough dirty edge trees as again long back cuts and ugly tough de limbing not good until a few tanks later. Buy the best mix oil you can get, sharp chain and clean air filter is the most important thing which I'm sure you know !

    Same chassis, go with the more powerful saw, same weight!
