So asking this question because I do not know. I played this game a lot when I was younger and playing it again with so many people world be amazing. But I have virtually everything else except a PC. Is there anyway for me to play this with everyone else currently? To include steam deck.
Steamdeck seems to be a great way to play Horizon, check out their Discord and there's a tech-support channel with a great post on the subject
Can I just make all 3 characters for one city? Or does each need to be in independent cities?
you can pick whatever city you want on each yeah, some people (like me) prefer to have extra characters in other cities for various quest purposes or otherwise

incredibly tough monsters almost never giving 200 exp, chaining quests for a chance at 400 gil, holy moly the game was terrible back then. JP players were built different
@@torchlight3173 retail at 99 is amazing by comparison cause you have other things you can do. On horizon you're experiencing what the jp players did and it's brutal
@@AreteZoe retail is garbage. 75 cap was the best this game ever got. Why do you think so many people keep making level 75 servers? Retail is just another garbage modern mmo. You can solo everything and they rush you to level cap. It made all the other content in the game irrelevant. I despise what retail has become. Too easy, to much QOL garbage that dumbs the game down
@@kenshinhimura9387 You have a very bad attitude. You may not like retail, but other ppl do and saying it is garbage is thinking that those ppl like garbage. Are you not able to see why some ppl might enjoy more retail than the private servers? Not everyone want to spend hours upon hours of grind with almost nothing for it. Also, retail pay to keep ffxi alive. You should have a different minset, it will do you good in the future
