Surprised Steve Bucknor is only featured once here. I was expecting at least 8 appearances
same here ahahah
I expected all 10
Indian fans still mad about that Aus series in 2008, this video is some REAL perspective that he wasn't that bad
@@IzinTheBzin Ouch some western nigga is butthurt and has special place for Indians in his heart
Because of Steve Buckner we are having DRS system in cricket
Steve Buckner is the worst umpire compared with all umpires
Right India ka sath to khas
Don't forget Billy Bowden.
Not as bad as the worst ever umpire Shakor Rana
Acha hua sala buckner mar gaya nahi to usne kitno ka carrire tabaah kar diya tha..
At the same time, aus and pak players worst cheating players
Steve be like: I am always willing to give out Sachin
😔
Where there is will there is a way
Where there is a Steve, Sachin is out.
@@yatinawaal6682 😀😀
The fact that all 10 are not Steve Bucknor decisions automatically proves that these cannot be the worst 10.

I once saw David Gower in an ODI get out first ball exactly the same way as the Flintoff one. Gower just smiled and walked off without a fuss. Absolute class.
England, pre 2015, valued test more than ODI. I have seen Gower react with disappointment when given out wrongly in a test match
@@vickyvirk4424did he get angry and shout at the ump
I used to umpire park level cricket. This guy's gone for a glance down leg side, and as far as I saw missed it by as much as Flintoff did his. But there was a noticeable noise. Not surprisingly the fielding side went up and I said not out. Which they weren't happy about. But I was sure he didn't hit it and the noise wasn't woody. Found out later it was the rubber grip on his bat that he had rolled down unrolling and popping back into place with a snap. The fella ended up making a ton, too his first every, so he was pretty happy.
💗💗💗
Steve bucknor had no eyes.. Thats why he wore black glasses always
Love it !
The two decisions given by the third umpires - the run out by Kalu and the catch by Inzi were not umpire mistakes. They were basically match fixing.. period
❤❤❤
Not really
Desilva was out brother ball hit inzi trouser and not the ground I remember that match
@@muhammadfaisalmaqsood are u mad
@@ramangarg9990 sir I am telling you what was told in that match in the commentary after that decision ... Please watch full match highlights .. because it was criticized straight away
Amazing that Flintoff meekly walked after that bizarre decision. Knowing him, one would have expected him to raise at least an eyebrow in protest.
As for the last one (Arvinda's), I think that called for a bit of sportsmanship from the fielder. 🙄
Definitely 😌
that was OUT, watch full match highlights. it hit Inzi's trousers and as per laws of cricket kit is considered as part of player's body.
@@ZarbakhtAliKhan Typical Pakistani defending it 😂 brother clearly it touched the ground have some shame
@@AnshDoshi19265 Typical and sheer ignorance just go and watch full match highlights. Have the guts to test your comment.
@@ZarbakhtAliKhan I have watched it before 🤡
Number 2, the Shane Warne one is out. Not offering a shot so it doesn’t have to pitch in line or hit in line with the stumps and looked like it was going onto the stumps.
yes that was a seriously goood bowling
The issue is, there is no way you can predict that going on to hit the stumps. There was so much doubt you can't possibly give that out other than complete guess work.
I'm surprised Justin Langer's non dismissal in Hobart in '99 wasn't on here. He smashed the cover off it and went on to score a century.
England audience when England team get bad umpiring “ boooo” but when other team undergo bad umpiring “yeaaaah”
Well ofc bcs they support England 😂
I can sorta understand the Keith Arthurton one. No shot offered, and to me the ball is gonna come back just enough. But the rest are terrible
😔
#2 wasn’t that bad. Arthurton had a Bat and didn’t use it. Little Sympathy!
You can't guess the benefit goes to the batsmen unless the umpire goes out of his way to give batsmen out because he wants to.
Agreed. That would have been very close. Especially when you consider Warne used to bowl batsman from that delivery quite regularly. He could turn the ball that far and hit the stumps.
It should not have been on this list, let alone number 2.
@@karannagodsuriya8535 Every LBW decision is a guess. No shot offered, and with the ball turning big; that looked like it was hitting the stumps to me. There's nothing wrong with the decision made there.
Superb
Next part
Bucknor was the worst umpire the game has ever seen. And wrong decisions despite the technology should ban those umpires for ever.
ndian fans still mad about that Aus series in 2008, this video is some REAL perspective that he wasn't that bad
How can the 3rd umpires still give them out?? With the benefit of replays??
Bookies work in mysterious ways.
6, 5 and 3 were poor umpiring calls. No 1 was abysmal by the fielder who will have known they dropped the ball and still appealed. The others were before there was a chance to review decisions. In fact it was these kind of dismissals that reviews were brought in to be able to ensure the right one is made.
No. 3 looked out in real time. There was also a sound which the umpire assumed was the ball touching the bat.
Plus, the bowling team appealed like hell.
appeal or no appeal no 1 was given out after umpire referring to third umpire you can look in the end even fielder was amazed at the decision
If you look closely at number one it actually hits his pants when he dropped it and then collects it so I say fair catch
Number 10 was rubbish umpiring
Nice collection.
At no 1 . Desilva was out. I remember that match ... He was declared out because the ball hit inizimam's trouser and not the ground.. his trouser was between ball and ground
Yaa I think so too
Umpires like steve buckner are the reason that review system is introduced
😌
Shakoor Rana was the worst Umpire in the world history. He used to openly cheat in favour of pakistan .. His many LBWs decisions were quite controversial
Thank god we have drs and reviews
And thus we have DRS.
I think it's one technology that's helped the most.
@@SharjeelSahibzada Even DRS would have kept no. 2 out if hawk eye showed the ball swinging enough to hit the stumps.
DRS has brought a significant revolution in cricket world
I'm pretty sure Ricky Ponting got howler in his first innings of his first test match and was out for 96
Thus robbing him of a century on debut love Anthony Fed ex lol
It's Ponting, the biggest whinger in cricket, so I'm glad he didn't get his century.
Some times in our real life we too suffer from these kind of persons
😔😔😔
All I learned is if you play against Sri Lanka umpire will be blind
9th one was fun to watch 😂
In PE, South Africa, we get bad umpire decisions like these multiple times in every club and social league match played.
If you go frame by frame on the last one, the ball lands in a fold in his pants, it looks like it might not actually make direct contact with the ground. Would be interesting to see what the rules state if that is indeed the case
It would help if players didnt constantly appeal when it is obviously not out
Worst was Andrew flintoff's decision
😔
Shane Warne wicket is no less than blunder
I have seen few more run outs like that from Sri Lankan umpires back in 90s.
Parore and Inzimam cheated.
The Warne one would have hit the stumps and was therefore out.
But impact is very much outside off stump. So he was not out.
@@mangeshmahurkar6642 doesn’t matter if you don’t play a shot 🤷🏼♂️ Check the laws of the game.
But I’d contend that there’s no way that was spinning back enough to hit the stumps when you consider how wide of off stump it pitched from a right arm bowler coming over the wicket and not bowling from particularly close to the stumps either. I know Warne spun the ball a lot, especially out of the rough, but not THAT much.
@@davidburke2132 in 2017 Australia tour of India, in 2nd test, shaun marsh will remains not out, even using the DRS. Shaun marsh offered no shot. So impact is important.
@@mangeshmahurkar6642 please, just read the laws of the game. Impact outside the line of off stump only protects a batter from LBW dismissal if playing a shot. It’s there in black and white in the rules. I’m not familiar with the case you mention, and if it’s as you briefly describe then it sounds like another umpiring error, and the rules aren’t based on umpiring errors, so I’ll just repeat again… read the rules.
@@mangeshmahurkar6642
No shot played. So can pitch outside off and still be lbw.
That decision to give Flintoff out was absolutely horrendous.
Number 9 is right decision broo...
Yaa, Sometimes it might be umpire calls.
Steve buckner was the inventor of Drs
😂😂😂
Even Inzi and Akram was shocked how it was given out
😥
Thank goodness for replay challenges. They're not 100% accurate but better than relying on half blind old men.
❤

Stuart broad vs Australia when he smacked it straight to slip and given not out
I never liked venkat raghvan's attitude. He was always over confident with bad judgements and casual body language
❤️❤️❤️
And this is why DRS was introduced but there's also the problem of players using it wastefully.
You didn't include the two in a row where McGraths LBWs against Inzamam ul Haq were ignored on a day where now LBWs were given???? Wow!
Yep. Easily the worst I've ever seen.
People wondering why Miandad had such a high test batting average should watch Ul-Haq's smug expression as he survived those two shockers.
Taylor, as captain, showed incredible restraint. A far cry from Pakistan's tantrums whenever they felt slighted by a decision.
DRS to Umpires: No Cheating now, I'm here 😀
Almost every umpiring decision by Indian umpires before the introduction of neutral umpire should count as the worst ever.
Gilchrist run out was the worst I have ever seen and he walked off with class
Pathetic. What makes it worse is that none of those umpires ever got docked their match fee as a fine!
My bat my rules, my ball my rules, this better for this umpires.
😌
You know you made a bad call as an umpire if the appealing team also looks nervous after your decision
❤️❤️❤️
These decisions played a big role to start DRS system
You can make Top 10 wrong decisions against Sachin by Steve
I will try it ❤
That Ambrose to Russell one is an absolute shocker
The Gilchrist one makes me laugh. Why would he walk when he gets a bad decision against him nobody calls him back.
😔
Those umpires who gave faulty outs were in hurry to complete the match and go back home soon
😂😂😂
Steve Buckner was a disgrace to the umpire's name
🥲🥲🥲
Gr8 effort to camouflage the ball by inzy
❤
Ironically the steve bucknor decision at 2 might be the most justfiable one, no shot played and who knows how much warne was spinning that
Its funny how many batsmen stand around--the umpire's decision was final(pre DRS)
😌😌😌
#1
Third umpire: the fell out of his hand
Umpire: So it is out
The second one Warne took lbw was correct decision, pitching outside of offstump and hitting the wickets considered in lbw
Only for Steve Buckner sachin so many sure shot century missed.
I will make another video Steve bucknor vs Sachin tendulkar.❤
steve buckner is the dirtiest umpire in cricket history
Steve buckner was the king of Worst umpire. He was taking so much time and mostly did Wrong Decisions always. After DRS technology now Cricket Safe from Worst Decisions.
❤😌
1 and 2 are correct but 3 and 4 were horrible!
❤
The last one with inzamam..the ball actually didn't hit the ground, it bounced off the pants.. interesting
0:17 the way dhoni turn says all
All those saying that Bucknor was the worst umpire obviously didn't see enough of Merv Kitchen in his latter years.
Same mold Merve must have been watching Bucknor to sharpen his skills.
Venkat didn't even try to hide his cheating
Steve bucknor was a disgrace as an umpire
Got to admit that these players took it really well.
This is why we now have reviews by the players.
Danny morrison v Australia, lbw not out was up there in the shockers I've seen
Darrell Hare gave Tendulkar out on 99 when the ball bounced off his shoulder into the wkeep's gloves and Hare raised his finger in a Lord's India-England test. I forget the year. Novelist Jeffrey Archer faced Hare at lunch and famously told him, " We came to witness a historic century by Tendulkar, not to watch your bloody-minded umpiring!"
A few months later, Hare was black listed.
How was Stuart Broad smashing it to slip not on this list? Inzi cheating is nothing new.
Even Tv umpires were drunk😂😂
🤦♀️😬😃
Steve Buckner never digest the success of Sachin Tendulkar.. he always hate Sachin and eager to give out without thinking.
Umpire GOAT s - Steve Bucknor and Darrell Hair 😂
Yesterday also h.pandya out 🤔 I think that is not out 👻
Yaa I think so too..it's not out
Not decisions !!!! You must term as Cheating by umpires b!!!
Everyone makes mistakes. It's not cheating.
You give me ball tracking on number 2 (Warne, LBW, WI player not offering a shot) and it's hitting the stumps. Doesnt have to be in line if he's just padding it away. Can see why Bucknor gave that one out.
2nd number decision by Steve Buckner can be right as no shot was offered by player and rules says in this case impact doesn’t matter
Hahaha ...venkatraghvan was drunk at that time....worst decision
One of the worst Empire in world cricket 😭
Some time player r cheater as shown dropped catch n appeals
Other team player's watching n not responding.
😃
Glad we have DRS. Umpires were given too much importance in the past!
❤❤❤
Don’t know why we even bother with having a square leg out there. Use three umpires in a team and just rotate then through so they’re well rested
Universal lanat hai aisi ghatiya umpiring par...😡😡😡
Most umpires outside England and Australia are incompetent.
Steve bucknor deserves his own top 10 list in this... he got more wickets than many regular bowlers this way
ndian fans still mad about that Aus series in 2008, this video is some REAL perspective that he wasn't that bad
3:38 best of all
❤
sasta nasha na kare na Karne de 😂😂😂
Steve bucknor overtook khizar hayat, shakoor rana, mian aslam, darryl hair in biased umpiring
J'surya was out in gully cricket. One tip one hand. 😂🤭. Oh boy he was livid.
That last one was both poor umpiring and blatant cheating!
Thank you Drs
Top 1 is the judgement of Delhi high court to agneepath and pending exam case 🙂
Wasim, Inzi, nobody's celebrating because they know the absurdity of the decision. That's how you react when you know the opposition was done wrong, not proud of that wicket
Definitely ❤❤❤
No 4. Looked out to me, the batsman hadn't grounded his bat / grounded it too early.
The Flintoff decision was truly ludicrous!
20's Australian players and steve Bucknor partnership was better than other Countries Team Players Partnership
