2023-09 Overhead garage door opener on roll up door

This is the second time I have installed an overhead door opener on a roll up garage door. I did the first one over 2 years ago. You can look back and see how I did that one. Since then, I see multiple videos now showing how to do it. This is different as this install is on the eve side, not the gable end. Presented some imagination and manufacturing. I would change a couple of things if I were to do it again. But it works and I am not concerned with aesthetics at this point. Functionality is what I was wanting to achieve. Dio you think it would be possible to put a sprocket on the end of the shaft for the garage door and mount your garage door opener closer with the chain and make it work? I am going to have come with an idea on my garage door opener when they finish my shop. Thanks
