    Wow.. the Prof. speaks with great passion of the established relationship between Tanzania and China. This relationship was built since Chairman Mao's time.. and when China was still very poor.. 55 years ago!!!! Two great friends 😀

    Bagamoyo could be atourist attraction. It was a slave port - its custom shed a former slave market. In the 1950s, there was an elderly woman who escaped slavery. Her language indicated that she was taken captive in the Congo.

    China and Africa will Unite thus saith the Lord. The LORD gave me a dream of being pregnant by two fathers one was Chinese the other one was African, and at the birth the Chinese father was very excited the African father was very calm. I gave birth to a big healthy baby girl.

    I think the good Professor is being a politician by downplaying friction in the Tanzania china relations. President Magufuli is on record complaining about the terms of the contract that was to guide the construction of the port. His specific words were 'masharti mengi ya ajabu" which translates to 'many strange conditions of the contract'

      That is called a diplomatic response you cant go public and complain or acuse a country that you are going to aproach for business deals
      How ever the answer is right it is not that we differ of frict but we have a different ways of seeing things Magu rejected tha project because it is not benefiting the country,Kikwete agreed for his own profit so China should understand if we do agrre in this and dis agree on other it is not enemity

Reflect more about your ego not to blame others. I know every race want to be self reliant, independent, develop faster, good life for all people, but should be practical, pragmatic. First of all, no matter to a country or an individual, both should realize that good life is based on hard working, not to wait for other’s help.

    I think everything he says and feels is cool. But at the same time, you must crawl before you walk! You cannot get personally involved in your emotions because of how long you've been friends with China. You pay China off but yet still remain friends to be independent of anyone! Still can be friends. I think that's what Afrikans must learn in the long term. Tanzania must take care of its people! Afrika must take care of the people of Afrika! He's talking about 1960's, that was then! He failing to see the big picture because he chooses China as a friend, what a leader! What about the people? Subjecting the people to such love that he has for China

    Well, the Professor has talked about history which has got nothing to do helping Tanzanians in getting rid of poverty through trade with China, they are many products from China that are coming to Tanzania but their price is not friendly to an extent some [Tanzanians) are going to the neighbouring countries to buy them, things like clothes, vehicles instead of selling them to landlocked countries. This is not good at all.
