TurboMed Orthotics XTERN AFO -Thermoforming Guideline - FULL
This video shows all modifications that can be done by Thermoforming on the XTERN Foot Drop Brace.
This tutorial is mostly dedicated to Orthotist (CPO) and Health practitioner.
End user patients with foot drop are usually gets a fully assemble brace and don’t need to make these kind of modification.
Heel Width Adjustement : Re-centering Lateral Contact : Brace Width Narrower, Wider : Dorsiflextion : Metarstasal Contact : Calf Diameter

Finally getting mine in the next week or two. This is so helpful because the orthotic clinicians are not very familiar with this. Their demo is out of date. I have a feeling I will be a Guinea pig for this model. Definitely going to show them thermoforming. Thank you!
