- I obtained a visual of the vehicle's pursuit as it approached MLK, on East Service Road. The suspect vehicle crossed MLK,
and at that time, I assumed primary and began calling the pursuit, to Troop D dispatch. The suspect traveled east on East
Service Road, then merged onto East Broadway. The suspect vehicle almost lost control as he merged onto East Broadway
but was able to regain control and continue fleeing. The suspect merged onto I-55 southbound and began traveling at speeds
up to 100 M.P.H., weaving in and out of traffic.
The roadway was wet and there were other motorists present in the area. Due
to the nature of the suspect's driving and the roadway conditions, it was very apparent that I needed to attempt a TVI, to end
the vehicle pursuit.
As I moved in for a TVI, the suspect vehicle began brake-checking me, attempting to cause me to crash. As soon as I had an
opportunity, I moved in for a TVI by using the front left of my vehicle, to make contact with the right rear of the suspect vehicle. I
performed a TVI, but it was unsuccessful. The suspect vehicle continued fleeing southbound.
I noticed traffic was stopped just ahead of our location. At that time, I slowed down and backed off, in anticipation of the suspect
vehicle crashing into a civilian vehicle. As the suspect vehicle approached the stopped civilian vehicles, the suspect lost control
and crashed into the back of a civilian, then ran off of the right side of the roadway. The suspect stopped briefly, fled towards
Bridgeport, then fled west on Bridgeport. I noticed Corporal Martin was on Bridgeport, so I notified him on the radio of the
suspect's driving behavior and to use caution. As the suspect approached Corporal Martin, Corporal Martin conducted an
intentional intervention in an effort to end the pursuit. The suspect continued fleeing on Bridgeport under I-55 and then ran off
the roadway and across a field. Several West Memphis Police Officers and I drove across the field as the driver and front seat
passenger exited the truck, fleeing on foot through the field.
Officer Langston with the West Memphis Police Department was
able to apprehend the driver, Christopher McFee, and the front seat passenger, Rebecca Macdonald. The backseat passenger,
Brandi Jaco, was apprehended by members of the West Memphis Police Department.
McFee and Macdonald both had valid felony warrants with full extraditions. The vehicle and the tag, TN BNP0640, that was
on it, both returned stolen. Four firearms were located in the vehicle. A SCCY CPX2 9mm (918798) was fully loaded with 11
rounds (9 Hornady, 1 Federal Cartridge, and 1 PMC) in the firearm. 1 round was in the magazine and one in the chamber. The
SCCY was found in the front passenger floorboard and was also reported stolen. A Colt Series 80 Gold Cup chambered in .45
ACP (FN07900) was located in the front driver compartment of the vehicle. This weapon was loaded with 7 rounds of
Remington ammunition in the magazine and one round in the chamber. A Steyr Mod. GB 9mm (P06420) was located in the
front driver compartment of the vehicle. This weapon was not loaded. A Daisy model 2203 (AC0016282) chambered-in .22
Long Rifle was located in the back seat. McFee and McDonald both showed to be convicted felons.
Approximately 73 grams of a crystal substance that field tested positive for the presence of Methamphetamine was located in
the front seat of the vehicle. There were also multiple glass pipes used for smoking meth and a set of digital scales were
located with the suspected Methamphetamine. Multiple boxes of 9mm, .45 ACP, and 12 Gauge ammunition were located in a
bag in the back seat of the vehicle.
McFee and Jaco were both transported to Regional One in Memphis for medical treatment. The vehicle was inventoried and
then towed by Clark Towing for safekeeping.
Upon further investigation, we discovered that there were upwards of 20 active investigations pending across Mississippi,
Tennessee, and Arkansas for various thefts. The Shelby County Sheriff's Office came to Arkansas to conduct interviews, which
led them to an address on Dover Road in West Memphis. A search at this address by members of the West Memphis Police
Department and the Shelby County Sheriff's Office located two more confirmed stolen vehicles, a possible stolen trailer, at least
one more firearm, a considerable amount of ammunition were all located, and an assortment of power tools that are believed to
be stolen.

The wild, Wild West without the horses! 🤣
They were riding real dirty. I’m glad they got these criminals off of the streets and no one was seriously injured
Wow! These idiots had ALL THAT FIRE POWER?!! Definitely up to no good! Excellent capture by all detachments!
Wild pursuits like this one requires this soundtrack from my playlist czcams.com/video/uZD8HKVKneI/video.html 😂🚨🚔
These are the troopers that pick up kilos dropped from Barry seals c130 drops in mena. And delivered married women to Clinton in our cruisers. Leaving dead bodies of two boys on the train tracks that happened to walk into a drug drop. Yeah I know these guys.
OMG!!! These felons were in a stolen vehicle full of loaded guns, meth, and had 20 active investigations against them in 3 states!! This human trash is what these officers and troopers face everyday!!! The bravery of our law enforcement astonishes me!!! Thank God for them!! Again, no one does it better than ASP!!
The sad part is when you find out they were released on a $2000 signature bond ...
@@abikeanditsboy3449 Exactly...brave police officers, cowardly judges, and taxpayers who want the trash off the streets but have no desire to pay for it.
@@abikeanditsboy3449 So they are out of jail?
@@Lyndyette - My comment was more of a commentary of the revolving door our justice system seems to be. If you watch these video, especially those from La Crosse Wi., so many people who have committed serious crimes are released on trivial bail amounts or signature bonds. You get a guy who has armed robbery charges, fails to appear in court, again, and the guy is arrested and released on a signature bond. It’s like *HE’S ALREADY FAILED TO APPEAR! WHAT MAKES YOU THINK HE’LL SHOW THIS TIME!?!?* So with these guys I wouldn’t be all that shocked if they’re out on bail already.
All that bravery and then the courts will just let them go to do more harm
One thing for certain. That pushbar company will never run out of business. Or the suppliers of automobiles for ASP 😂😂
All at taxpayer expense
NO CAP LMAOOO
A damaged cop car is a lot cheaper than the damages to all the victims of a crime spree.

Those perps were their own crime wave!! Glad y'all got them! 👮♂️🚔🙌
Man could you hear their supervisors on the radio saying go ahead and use any means necessary? They were authorizing them to fire at them!!! I love it
Anytime I see ASP pursuit, I *CLICK* Love these men and woman! This is how policing should be done, get the threat off the roads, don’t chase them for 3 hours through the city. Cough cough #LAPD #CHP
Totally agree! I think LAPD & CHP have a contract with Hollywood for some kind of filming rights.
California Highway Patrol get paid by the chase mileage ...
Awesome comment!!! ASP makes some departments, cough cough, look like the keystone kops🤣🤣
the cops are also part of the threat on the roads.....obviously a lot of bored cops in arcansore
I love how ferociously ASP goes after perps, i was thinking the same thing at 4:15 when that bouncy pos truck took off across that field, floor the charger wide open and id get across that field or get stuck trying, at least id be closer to run in if it did sink up. Ty ASP.
I know Trooper Martin and he is one of the finest troopers I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I worked Dispatch in Northern Arkansas and we frequently had Trooper Martin stop in for transports or use our BAC machine.
I always hoped to see him on a Pursuit video and boy howdy did he show up!
His Dad was an incredible Highway Officer as well and served over 30 years retiring in 2019. Great job Trooper!
Trooper Billy took one for the team when hit him at that intersection, he could have stopped him if he didn't come from a dead stop to ram him. I watched a lot of these video's, these Arkansas troopers are good people.
4:37 I guess he didn't want to stop and give her a ride. Seems like she was expecting one.
one word....
THICC
She needs the exersise😂
Attempting to PIT an F-250 with a sedan on a rain-slick road certainly takes some major-league cajones!
Dang! I am surprised they caught the driver and one passenger so quickly!! 🙌🏻 I heard the female in the white truck start to cry after they cuffed her. Pfft. LEO’s got some dirty perps! Hopefully the Justice system in all three states will keep them incarcerated for a long, long time.
Nice pursuit! Hint: the good guys win! Arkansas Troopers!
"He just rammed one of our vehicles, I advise we terminate the pursuit." Words are a tricky thing. Terminate indeed.
Well done to catch these criminals with minimal damage & minor injuries to all. Amazing job to stick with that truck.
I greatly admire and respect the men and women of law enforcement. Your efforts and dedication is appreciated by many of us. God bless you and keep you safe.
Bring back "Hanging Judges"!
What I love about Arkansas State Police pursuits. They don't 'follow' the runners. They END the runner's real quick like, and it's fun to watch!
During all of my pursuits, my policy was: If he can do it, I can do it. I just stayed on his tail and let momentum help me.
We plowed a bunch of fields and explored some seldom-trod logging roads in the course of my pursuit career, most of which in either a 1989 Chevy Caprice or a 1992 Ford Crown Victoria (a half-year version that didn't have the governor- I got it up to 145mph before I let off of her, we were approaching a curve I couldn't have made at that speed).
Good times..................
Thanks for your service, sir!
Thanks for your service to the people and Nation, and for carrying out all the trash you were able to handle.
"Good times"
Ain't that the truth!
Troop D kicks ASS!
Good job on getting the criminals...
Fear of ASP indicated that the truck should pit itself. The vehicle finally fought off the drivers wishes and swamped itself in a muddy field. Let's all applaud the bravery of the truck in it's assistance in capturing these vehicular kidnappers.
Time to call Matt's Off-Road Recovery.
I feel sorry for the damage chargers. Great job guys
All paid for by taxpayers, they don’t mind beating them up. Lol
This could have ended so much worse than it did. Thank you, officers.
Apprently someone watched "Smokey and the Bandit" too many times... My condolences to the Truck
Just watched that movie for the first time two nights ago.
@@Me97202 and what was your opinion since the movie is over 40 years old?
Well done ! 🚔 💙 💙 👍
Rule #1 Never go 4 wheeling without a friend!
The Arkansas State Police officers are the best!
Hey from Georgia, good job boys. Proud to support the thin blue line. Stay safe troopers and all LEO. May God have your six...
Nice job Billy Martin!!
Arkansas State Troopers are tops in the nation! Razorbacks are tenacious!
1:33 - "I'm so good I can PIT myself..."
Man I’ve been waiting for one of these. Thanks ASP
Nice to see multiple units available. Where I live you'd be lucky to have 1 in pursuit 😢
Well done Troopers!
"I think we're all stuck." You got 'splain'n to do, Jack.
WAIT A MINUTE, DID THE OFFICERS GET STUCK? YOU CAN’T CUT THE ENDING!!😂
3:46 - This is comedy-gold. Truck just goes up and over.
Trooper Morris's squad needs some new wiper blades!!
I guess Ford trucks are built tuff then. 😎
I really hope that Colt Series 80 Gold Cup is eventually returned to it's rightful owner.
great pit attempts, restraint when needed, great police work overall :)
Gotta love a happy ending!
When you hear the growling of that HEMI, you know what is coming next.
A can of "*WHOOP A_S".
Love these Arkansas Police. They don't mess around 😊
Hey, I'm glad they caught him but you have to admit he's a damn good driver 😂
Nevermind 😬
Such a rich and vibrant culturel.
See, it pays off doing what Arkansas does and that's getting it's crook by teaching officers how to drive better than other states that let crooks terrorize neighborhoods all their lives.
Great work ASP. I wonder if criminals know that the wrecked cars they still must make the payments on even when totaled. This was a real crime ring shut down. Nice work.
THANK U ASP..🙏❤️
The troopers didn't seem real interested in helping West Memphis PD in the foot chase. They were more concerned about the car.
Good job WMPD for the apprehension.
That's the Troopers job.
You will seldom see troopers get in a foot chase if there are other agencies on the scene, and you’ll almost never see a trooper in a foot chase alone.
lmaoooo it almost looks like the guy hit a very avoidable telephone pole
“He hit one of our units” after officer clearly intentionally rams pickup
These troopers are race car drivers, talent for sure.
Not gonna lie, Kinda disgusted that the guys in the SUVs didn't even -attempt- to follow into the field, even though they were better equipped to follow off-road.
Good job Arkansas police and state police...
That perp must have woke up "STUPID!" ASP's rep is well known!
I worked at that fireworks stand for a few summers when I was a teenager lol
Armed, high as a kite, and driving a stolen two ton death machine... And people wonder why I own guns...
Well, let citizens use them to stop maniacs like this.
The question is, how long will they stay in jail, it ain't their first rodeo?
Damn ASP officer Billy took one for the team and that PU is still going. It's good that they captured the driver, now they need to turn off the cameras and beat the living $h!t out of him.
Good catch! Those guys needed to be shut down and you guys got it done! Luckily it didn't involve the general public on the roadways.
There gonna need a few tow trucks to get all the cops outta that field.😂
When the female cop went in front of the car near the end it seemed like a Reno 911 skit!
At about 4:57 in the video you can see and individual crossing the top to the railroad tracks , Hope that Perp was caught too.
He left shorty behind and she looked cute. Trooper trippin..I know she tight He made her run across the field😂😂😂
They were probably getting high as fuck throughout that chase XD
Ok… but.. is no one going to talk about the badonkadonk at 4:37-4:38?? 😮
Very nice!
I came here looking for this comment 🤣
I wouldn't mind a mutual frisk session with her
Men being pigs.
As usual. 🙄👎
What do they do with all the ammunition after the court case and what not? Are the police able to use it/sell it?
Thinking all of the Police now use 9MM ammo. As far as I am concerned they can confiscate it for their own use down the road. May still be able to use the shotgun ammo too. Save the tax payers a few bucks anyway.
Felony stop, means confiscation of everything in the vehicle
He drove the hell out of that truck
That push bumper wasn't messing around.
Thank you LE for getting this trash off the street.....well done
The real question is did they drive all their cars out or did they require a little help? That's was some serious mud for a sedan...
Truck hs worn shocks.
A Ford commercial, like no other. Wow.
Good luck getting those cars out of that field boys
some officers really need to be on a fitness regimen.
Roads are wet ... slow down there ' bad guy'.
I’d be irate if that was my field, glad they caught the clowns In the truck .
Boy what a perfect time to rob the local bank!😅
👮🚓👍
Oh yeah and did I mention that later I said to myself I said dummy dummy dummy 😮😮😮😮😮😂😂😂
Another day in the land of "Build Back Better" the joke was on us.
A week has gone by and word is....the patrol units are still stuck in that muddy field...
hahahahaha the brake check was the first.
All them guns.
A great catch and arrest of these mongrel thieves and hats off to these amazing men n women in the Police Force. The amount of arms & bullets etc is huge when you sense how much damage can be done to innocent lives - lock them up 4EVER is where they need to be. Never to be trusted again, BUT no doubt there will be a DO-GOODA who will let them go eventually, Fool if you thinks its' over.
That female officer almost got herself run over lol...
Officer says he hit me head on. What a lie. The truck went around and the officer drove into the passenger side of the cab to pit him.
They're best of the best even when stuck in the mud😀
lock them fools up. throw away key. but first, let the puppy dog have his way with em.
Worst windshield wipers ever...
They Need Drones.... "Release the Drones".
Nice tap.........
Throw away the key on these criminals.
Must have a Ram truck.
Great! Now sentence them all as habitual menaces. Just the stolen guns alone should be 20 years for each lowlife. Then go up from there.
Why is it so often that they prey on a contractor's truck? Not merely someone's personal mode of transportation, but someone's source of income? It just burns my britches. They wouldn't want me to be their judge for destroying a hard working citizen's livelihood.
Hey! We're putting together a compilation and your video would be perfect for it. Can we include it? We'll make sure to give you proper credit.
4:35 Martin almost ran over the female, and couldn't be bothered to give her a lift.
Does Spencer Morris have a f-ing death wish? What the h-ell was he thinking trying to PIT immediately after passing a tractor trailer at the beginning of the video?
Why didn't he get away i love him
What he left out in the description of the charges was they were booked and let go the next day after signing a $50 signature bond. That is justice in America today.
that sounds like california
