  • On March 24th, 2023, I made a traffic stop on a vehicle for traveling 90MPH in a 75MPH zone. The vehicle pulled over on
Interstate 30 westbound at the 2mm.
The operator appeared very nervous by visibly shaking, had a tremble in his voice, and wouldn’t sit still in his vehicle. The
operator stated that he did not have his identification on him but had a photo of it on his phone. When looking at the ID on his
phone it did not appear to be the same subject operating the vehicle. The name on the phone was Wilmer Perez DOB:
02/13/1994. The passenger, Daysi Fajardo, wrote the name on a piece of paper and handed it to me. I noticed Fajardo had to
look at the name and birthday on the card for reference while writing. I did not get a return on the name. I then ran the
fingerprints of the driver and it returned to Ezequiel Duran DOB: 02/13/1994. Duran showed to be a deported felon.
    I then
attempted to arrest Duran for obstructing governmental operations.
While trying to arrest Duran, he started to pull away and asked why he was under arrest. Duran then started to try to pry my
hands off him and pull away. I then took Duran to the ground two times. Duran was able to get up and run north toward the
woods next to the interstate. I attempted to tase Duran as he jumped a fence but was unsuccessful. Duran was never located in
    the woods.
Fajardo was arrested for hindering apprehension, taken to the Miller County Jail, and booked in. Fajardo was released on a PR
bond. I will be getting a warrant for Duran for resisting arrest, fleeing on foot, obstructing governmental operations, and
    speeding.

You can thank a corrupt career politician for this $hit.

The Trooper is lucky this guy didn't injure or kill him. Where the heck is this Trooper's backup? I think if you fight a State Trooper, it should be a mandatory 3-year jail sentence.

Its crazy the way police officers are expected to operate those vehicles alone.

It don't matter if he was a deported felon or not, he was a piece of crap to run off and leave his gal like that...that is not a man. 😠

And taxpayers will pay the $30k maternity bill for her.

  • @deanstandridge9509

The officer told him to hang out and he walked and reentered the vehicle. This is a major problem our country has

Thousands of these type of young men are coming across the boarder illegally every day. People say they are just trying to find a better life. How can you be seeking a better life when you begin by disrespecting and breaking the law. I work in the Landscaping industry and have for most of my life, I have worked with many illegals, most are good at heart, but there are many who live like this. They don't pay taxes, they don't obey the rules and unfortunately, due to the courts, they get away with it.

If a man or woman has committed a crime by illegally entering a country and gets away with it then all laws are subject to disobeying.

We have our politicians to thank for allowing this situation. It will soon be hopelessly too late. Thank God the Trooper lived.

  • @roberthoward2610

The officer made a mistake by not calling for backup before he had the guy come outside.

He should stalled until a 2nd unit got there. There so many things wrong with this arrest that could have cost him his life.

  • @pamelajoyhunter5461

Officer should have called for backup.

Her picking up the trooper's hat and putting it on the hood of his car shows a lot of respect to me tho. I think she realizes that her driver is in the wrong. I really hope she got home safely.

He was FAR too trusting of her. It would have been a real tragedy if she pulled a gun and shot the unsuspecting Trooper. He didn't pat her down and allowed her to return to the car multiple times.

The fact that she bent over to pick up the Trooper's Campaign hat and doing so while pregnant was admirable and respectful unlike her man for giving false info, fighting, and resisting and fleeing.

This is why you need a 2nd officer with you when you make a traffic stop.
