Could you give a heads up as to how you create a "rule" that links vendor payments coming through email to create a ledger account in xero? I need detailed explanation and I can't see readily where that is explained in detail.

Question: does Xero have ''tags'' or ''categories'' for products on invoices, that I can create a custom report from (eg. invoicing Eucalyptus seed species, versus Acacia seed species) that when invoicing the product added to a ''tag'' or ''category'' and I can then create a report on how many kg and $ of Eucalyptus seeds sold and same with Acacias kg and $
I think it is the Tracking categories, which you described in this video like cost centers or profit centers.
Perhaps a video request?
You may need to use Tracking Categories for that.

Hi there. In the course I mainly show you how to do various tasks in Xero. So you can use the demo company or your own live Xero account to follow along and do the same things I do. So it is sort of like doing practical exercises. Hope this helps.

Hi, I am thinking in purchasing Xero but have a few questions. I have 2 companies which come under the same umbrella so would I be able to have 2 different bank accounts set up on xero and would the software separate the two different bank accounts when it produces the figures?
Yes you can have two different bank account feeds in one Xero subscription.
Suppose I have 3 branches, is it possible to manage them all in one account? Just for example as to see all daily activities in branch A is the South, B in the East n C in the North. If so, how is it done in terms of setup?
You need to use tracking categories for that.
