MOLLY....you aren't supposed to lock the lid on your crock pot while cooking. It is for travel purposes only. My friends crock pot basically blew up on the kitchen counter and shot across the kitchen!!! Please don't lock your crock pot! I see so many ladies locking their crock pots and it worries me!!!!! I close the lid when I use my crockpot, but I never cook on high and I’ve never had my crockpot blow up
It has a small hole in the lid so that’s not possible with hers.
Lock mine while cooking all the time and no horrendous explosion yet!!!

I have a VERY important message about locking the lid on a cook and carry crock pot. Locking the lid when cooking is not supposed to to be done AND could be costly and s
Dangerous! Pressure can build up and cause the lid to shatter and / or even to cause the crockery to crack, this could cause severe burns especially if you don’t realize it and you try or do remove the lid if it didn’t shatter. You can look this up but I hope you will stop this practice.

These all look so good but You don't put the time and the settings on the crock pot for a lot of the recipes, which makes the recipes unusable for some of us. 😢

There aren't cooking times and temps (and even ingredients) on many of the recipes. Kinda hard to follow. ☹️
