I think his shooting back then played a part in that. He was very bad a free throws and he didn't take/make mush 3s.

I'd say lebron as a passer is the best I've seen. But, I can completely understand those that would say Rondo, Magic, CP3, J-Kidd, Steve Nash, Stockton. Those guys were awesome too and I'm such a fan of these pass first type of guys

Rondo was the best pure point in the NBA when he could be bothered. There are other great assist men, but no one raised passing to an art form the way that Rajon Rondo did. He made creative passes that no one else would think of and he'd put them right on his teammate's numbers. His court awareness was next level and generational. You see he hasn't even looked that way through the entire play, he just knows where his guy should be and can deliver the ball perfectly.

That was a team! R., T. Allen, Davis, Pierce, Garnett, Perkins, Scalabrine, Robinson, Wallace, Finley and Rondo! I started to watch NBA, because of this guy and still remember him competing against e.g. Chris Paul (considered as best PG that time) vs his New Orleans Hornets. Good old times, Rajon Rondo is one of the best for me :) Unfortunately extremely underrated, that time everyone was talking about BIG 3 in Celtics, but the truth was we had BIG 4 there :)

I'm not a Knicks fan, but the Knicks extremely need a new starting PG. Jarrett Jack isn't great when it comes to scoring points and controlling his amount of turnovers. The Knicks have a tough stretch of road games coming up and they're 2-11 on the road. The Knicks should try to find a new PG during the trade deadline because their PG issues is going to cost the Knicks a potential playoff spot.
