  • EDIT: the second law of thermodynamics was discovered by Robert Clausius
In a wide ranging discussion - from Rabbi Adin Steinsaltz, to Issac Newton, to Henri Atlan and the Bible - Dr. Jerry Epstein outlines the paradigm shift we can make in order to attain and maintain and "open system" of negentropy - or "ectropy" - for ourselves. In doing so, we may actually turn back the biological clock, and finally, "death shall be defeated."

    thank you- very interesting.
aren't the cells constantly regenerating themselves- so around every seven years the human body has completely new organs? and since the mind- thoughts, intentions and imaging coupled with strong emotions create personal reality then is "time" even relevant. aren't death and time just ideas of mind- and a very persistent ones.
