All Day Dining at Busch Gardens and Sea World- Is It Worth it? | Sir Willow's Park Tales

- Busch Gardens Tampa and Sea World Orlando both have an All Day Dining meal plan where for an extra charge you can eat all day. Is it worth it? What's included? And what is the food like? We got to try it out on our recent trip, and this is what we ate and whether we got our money's worth out of it or not.
A behind the scenes look at what a former worker at Disney World, Silver Dollar City, and Busch Gardens Florida experienced in his time working at the parks. From driving large safari trucks around live wild animals while cracking one silly joke after another, to spending 5 years as a #PhotoPass photographer at #WaltDisneyWorld and seeing and experiencing all sorts of things, to being a conductor and #trainrobber on the famous Frisco Silver Dollar Line at #SilverDollarCity. With 10 years of working in the parks, there's lots of stories to tell. Here is some of them...
Not only did I work in theme parks for 10 years, I've visited a whole lot of them as well. Here's some stories of great visits, not so great visits, favorites, reviews, and much more.

Got the notification for this video and didn’t even need to watch it before commenting that yes, all-day dining IS a great deal. I live in California and have only been to Busch Gardens Tampa a few times; two days in 2018 and two days in 2019. We got the all-day dining deal for all of those days even though for two of them we weren’t even at the park entire day. The all-day dining deal is probably the best deal ever offered in the history of theme parks. Not only are they insanely generous with the food portions, drinks and sides/desserts are included!! You won’t find that at any other theme park. You can practically refill your drink an unlimited amount of times (I know there’s a limit but who drinks fast enough to refill it more than they allow you to) and ICEEs, which are usually super expensive at parks, are included!!! A meal every hour is UNHEARD of anywhere else. For the amount of money you’re spending you should ABSOLUTELY get the all-day dining deal. There’s no doubt in my mind that the cost is 100% worth it.
I love to hear it. I'd like to think this would hold true even if only eating veganly. I hope they have some good options so vegans can enjoy this pass as well!!
@@WatchDoggyDog My sister is vegetarian and had no issues. Not sure about vegans. Check with the park first.
Interesting breakdown and I'm glad they worked to be allergy friendly!
We went to Busch Gardens (and Seaworld) back in September 2018. We used the Busch Gardens shuttle (provided by Mears) to go from Orlando to Tampa. Because we were bound to the bus we were at Busch from just after opening till closing time. We visited twice (both with the shuttle) during our holiday. I think the price back than was around 35 dollars.
I was that person who sets an alarm for 60 minutes every time our wristband was scanned at the checkout. When the alarm went off (or when i saw it was about to) we went to the closest restaurant. On both days the park was opened from 10 am till 6 pm and we managed to squeeze 5 eating moments in them. Definitely worth the money for us.
The Seaworld days where shorter for us (because it was closer to our hotel at International Drive) so we didn't buy the all you care to eat there.
I am a Tampa resident.
Definitely worth it. ! That food gets high.
This is great information. Thank you. I am planning a trip to Busch Gardens and SeaWorld and this is exactly the information I was looking for... My mom has allergies... and it is great that your wife was able to eat.
Great foodie video. more please. So yea, getting food every hour sounds good to me. i would purchase that @ $40
Kinda wishing Disney did this! And how great about your wife’s allergies :)
I got this deal on my last vacation and it was 100% worth it! Everyone should get it. If you don’t want to eat a whole meal, you can get just a water bottle, fruit and at some places you can get a good snack, like a pretzel! I’d get this dining deal every time!
That looks like a really great meal plan. Oh and by the way you always find the best looking and I am sure tasting foods at the parks. When we were at SDC last week we had to have the loaded cheese fries that you recommended last year. Ok we actually had them more than once LOL .
lmaoo love the intro😂😂❤
Thankful we got it for free at Seaworld during their free all day dining promotion. Excited to use it next weekend. Regardless if the food is good or bad it was def a great deal and worth it for our group of 6
When my family goes we just get two plans and split it with a family of four. Because of the portions it is enough to either fill us or tide us over until the next hour. I think the last time we were at SeaWorld we ate at like 4 restaurants or something, and Busch gardens was pretty much the same places you went to and this one place that had a stageshow. It was worth it honestly we never really not get it. I wish other theme parks did their dining plan that way
Was there anyone there enforcing the “no sharing” rule?
@@jalinabowers8549 At the time no, granted this was a year ago
Superb ❤️❤️❤️❤️
For someone living in Florida (we live in Tampa Bay) I would say no, it's not worth it. We can eat a decent breakfast at home, then lunch at Zambia where you can get the Smokehouse Sampler. For $16.99 you get two large brisket strips, 2 meaty ribs, a large chicken leg/thigh, a mountain of fries and a roll. This is more than enough to share with someone else. Plus we have the refillable souvenir cup and popcorn bucket which we refill several times. There are other little snacks we like in the park as well that are not part of the dining plan. Then we eat a late dinner at home.
At Kings island a All day dinning plan is $29.99 plus tax comes out to 32 and some change. Drink not included just main course and side. Also doesn't include everything at Resturant plus doesn't include snacks like pop corn funnel cake etc. same with alcohol u have to buy it separate. Would I recommend it sure if u plan on staying the whole day. They also have a single meal deal to
For what we paid one meal and we were already ahead of the game. It was pretty much 20 bucks per meal. It was nice that I didn’t have to say no to dessert to my 10 year old.......or me. Lol. If I remember right is was 30 a day for 2 of us with the 2 day ticket. Looking back I should have gotten a 3 day and gone to Aquatica.
Great video as always. I did start laughing at your shirt that you were wearing in your office. I know that you don't speak politics or religion do to offending your viewers. But that shirt showing that you like both Star Wars and Star Trek, oh the wars that could start. Don't get me wrong I'm a fan of both as well. And I get hate on both sides because of that. I just had to laugh.
can you use this at twisted tails pretzel?
8:19 I don't know if the policy has changed, but you are only allowed to get a meal once every *90* minutes, *not* once an hour.
It changes. There have been times it was an hour (such as when I recorded this), other times every 2 hours or 90 minutes. One reason it's always good to read the fine print. :-)
All you can eat comes with unlimited soft drinks, You do not have to wait the hour for sodas
If you're only planning for one day, would it still be worth it?
If you're planning on being there for the whole day, absolutely! Even at the full price of $40/person/ day you'll more than cover that with 3 meals. And if you purchase your tickets online or at AAA you should be able to get it for even less than that.
@@SirWillow Awesome. Thank you.
Want to know what is even better? Getting a BOGO on Black Friday! SCORE!
What would it have cost without the $40 tickets?
A whole lot more!
For sure, but how many of the food places can you use your voucher?
@@oneministries4878 pretty much all of them
I really appreciate your responses. I was buying tickets in Orlando when I saw your video. We will be making a video too, and will definitely mention you to all of our 100 subscribers 🤓👍
Just went to aquatica yesterday that food was disgusting.Worst food in history!! And btw this is the one in Orlando. It seems as if the one in California has alooot more options other than chicken tenders and burgers and fish
Aquatica closed in CA. Replaced with a Sesame Street theme park. Apparently food options aren't what keeps the park going. 🤣
B careful with that song in the begining copyrite infriction is reel
It's not an issue. you'll see down at the bottom of my description that not only does it fall within parody rules, but I've also got permission from Disney legal to do it as I do. :-)
