On the regular DS the best graphics belonged to Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days and RE: Coded and also Nintendogs. But I suppose if you are just taking about the Pokemon games then at the time it was pretty good but gen 5 took those things and raised the bar with longer cut scenes and moving sprites. But yeah Platinum was the best Sinnoh game. Best gen 4 game is the Johto remakes but that's my opinion.
