Remy Stun Combo on Urien - Handcuff Glitch SA1

  • This is a stun combo for Remy against Urien. The requirements are that Urien must be in a handcuffed state, you will need to be buffed with 4 (FOUR) taunts, and you have two bars stocked for SA1.
    To activate the handcuff glitch you must grab Urien with a NEUTRAL throw (5LP+LP) and during the attack frames of the throw, you have to get hit out of the throw by an Aegis Reflector. Then you will be free to move around, attack, etc while Urien is completely unable to do anything until either the round ends or he is attacked. If the round ends while he is in this state, it will not break the game. The game will transition to the next round and proceed as normal.
    So while Urien is handcuffed, taunt four times. This will DRAMATICALLY increase the stun damage of your next attack or combo. There is no other circumstance where you will ever be able to utilize this taunt. Build meter as time permits. If Urien has the life lead, you can run down the clock so the timer runs out after your combo is finished. If you have the lead, why are you even doing this combo in the first place? Are you gonna get jumped if you win with time over?
    Here's how the actual combo works. You have to SUPER JUMP at Urien from just over half-screen while he is in the corner. You have to time your jumping HP so that it hits him high, but not too high (at about a height where Urien's face should be in your armpit). If you hit this too early or too late you will either cross him up or you will be pushed back too far for the close HK to get both its hits. From here, you have to LINK the super after the close HK. You MUST kara-cancel into SA1 with far HK. It can be either the first or the second super, but one of them needs to get closer so the second doesn't fall out. This gives you two chances in case you miss it on the first try.

      Fyto was telling me about this! That's really cool though maybe too tight of a link for my hands. I wonder if you can use that flash kick to get some meter, then follow up with a combo that will build you EX. I know your meter gain is seriously scaled due to the combo/SA.
