Sunday was a great character since the beginning of Penacony. I liked his design and i liked him even more as story advanced. As a brother, I understood him
even if he was blinded by Trauma and fatalism. I will be happy to pull for him, However, I hate IPC so much man
Yeah, people don't understand how much that incident that happened to Robin traumatized him :(
I hope now that his eyes are open, he changes his way and try to reach the heaven he and Robin desire in a better way 🙏

My take on the ending is I think there's another biblical connotation within the story.
Jade's drip marketing shows her with serpent imagery and something that looks like a fruit. I think it's the story of Adam and Eve but instead of lovers, it's siblings. Eve was tricked by the serpent into eating the fruit of knowledge and then pretty much brought Adam down with her, leading to their exile from the Garden of Eden.
I think Jade took advantage of Robin's vulnerability and granted her the possibility of Sunday (who was already exiled) being free before his trial. I think because Robin has so much influence in Penacony as its galactic superstar, Jade tried to exile her from Penacony as well. Remember - Jade does deals that "bleed" out the victim. The consequences aren't instant.
I think Robin was forced out of Penacony as payment for Sunday's freedom which THUS leads to her unable to meet Sunday again. She told us she's going on a vacation, but I think that's just a front. With Robin gone, it makes the IPC's influence over infiltrating Penacony stronger.
Sunday is already labeled as traitor, so he can't go back to Penacony. The Serpent could very well have exiled both brother and sister from their "perfect world" just like the Garden was everything that Adam and Eve needed - it was a "perfect world" in a way. And both are now forced to roam the world of mortals. I think that this deal acts as the "dew before the poison" as Jade suggested.
People do crazy things for love, and if Del is the same Pepeshi that got scared of March when they were transported to Dreamflux Reef, then we know he's a bit of a coward, which also probably means low self-esteem and stuff, he probably had tunnel vision and could only see the girl he loves in a pedestal, and thought winning her over was worth everything he had, even if only for a while, unless he actually manages to make it work, poverty and all, maybe he'll actually bounce back from poverty, with his love as a motivator.
Sunday will become playable... After he manages to control his emotion and gain a Strong Will to becomes a good guy leaving the Order Philosophy......
He will become playable, but probably he will never leave the order.

Yeah 2.2 ending epilogue is not a mere naration. It is elio reading his script. Altho i wonder if sunday will replace/filling stoneheart rank. After all accirding to jade all stoneheart lost something and to fill this void they were given cornerstone to achueve their goal.
I know they cannot meet each other ever again however depending on the circumstances there is a chance he will meet Robin again intentionally or unintentionally
I hope they do, but as you saw once the price is paid there is no backing from it
i mean, he was likely going to be imprisoned for life by the family. not a bad price to be honest,
even tho sunday and robin will be separated forever and can't meet,
they can still phone call each other, send letter/mail or see what each other is doing on whatever social media HSR has.
He will go with Elio to "change his destiny".
I wonder if they will make Sunday a harmony character or something else 🤔
