If Oswaldo was also guilty for the Avgins, I wouls live to see Boothill and Aventurine team up.
As far as I know, what happened between the Avgins and Katicans was that the Katicans planned to commit mass genocide against the Avgins. Knowing this, the Avgins sought help from the Marketing Development Department, led by Oswaldo at the time. They promised to assist the Avgins, but on the day the Katicans carried out the mass genocide, IPC didn't come to help as promised, resulting in thousands of Avgins being killed or disappearing, leading to the end of the Avgin Tribe.
The Katicans and Avgins were destined to destroy each other, and ultimately, one of them will lose. However, IPC, particularly Oswaldo and the Marketing Development Department, still played a role in what happened to the Avgins.

And, it is said that Oswaldo was a former trailbazer!? I was so devastated to know this, specially that Boothill's daughter had JUST learned to say "papa". ☹️☹️
Yes, I can't believe it too that Oswaldo was a nameless!! And yes, it's so heartbreaking that he lost his daughter who just learned to walk. He couldn't even give his daughter a proper burial 😢

We can't say that they're a former Nameless but in the IPC marketing video they explicitly state that he's a Nameless meaning he's still a firm follower of the Trailblaze. He's honestly a good example that the negative side of the Trailblaze is literally colonization.
@@conejitorosada2326 Colonization may happen if the principles of trailblazing are applied to the extreme. But what I see here is that Oswaldo shows that not all Nameless are kind-hearted. Every faction has its dark side, and IPC, in particular, has many.
And he's getting set up as the next major antagonist. 3.0's gonna be interesting

He found an orphan, and decided to raise her. But Boothill was also an orphan raised by two men who found him (alongside with his orphan siblings).

After I knew the story of Boothill's, I was so sad and shock about the fact that it's again related to the IPC. A hate club is going to form soon yes?
I'm also very upset seeing IPC do whatever they want and easily falsify what really happened. The Avgin tribe was wiped out because of them too.

Yeah if you did the screwllum/Chadwick quest on Penacony you have 1 more reason to hate them. If you haven't I highly reccomend.

I loved Boothill when I first saw him, so I had to look up his story, and now I'm currently sobbing. I feel so bad for him.

It's honestly rather ironic and funny that Boothill became a Galaxy Ranger as much as he hates the IPC and talks about how you should'nt bully the innocents, he does have a pretty good track record of killing low ranking IPC members who are just working there for money and hoping for a better future. Not only is he only causing trouble for common folk that just want a better life, he's also failing at even getting the main person responsible to actually care or even show up lmao
Yes, if we look at it from that perspective, it's quite tragic. He keeps causing trouble with IPC, and the victims are those unaware of Oswaldo's actions. IPC is certainly at fault, but we must admit that Boothill's methods to attract Oswaldo's attention aren't always good either.
@@Narinntrashcan I think he's that desperate to draw Oswald attention. Furthermore people with strong feelings of hatred and filled with revenge is usually always tunnel visioned and clouded in their judgement
@@gracequeeney3399 Yes, I think so too. Boothill was truly desperate to find Oswaldo. He even went as far as turning himself into a cyborg, risking his life in the process. All of it was to avenge himself against Oswaldo.

Tbf he’s got some deep personal issues w the IPC so I think it’s a bit skewed. He probably doesn’t see anyone at the IPC as innocent due to his deep seeded trauma with them
After seeing this something didn't quite make sense to me. If he had wanted to be a cyborg as a form of revenge, then why does his 6th eidolon have bullets fired at or around him? Is it possible to explain?
Eidolon Boothill does show his human form and he is surrounded by leaves not bullets. I think it's just the game's way of emphasizing that he was once a normal human and gave up his humanity for revenge.
Bro I stopped playing for 2 weeks & literally missed his entire quest & background story… Also, dang man. Nobody deserves so much Loss.
