Go to advance display settings - select your external display - Display adapter properties for Display 2 - List all modes - change your resolution and hertz for your display and test one by one

2023/05/18 THIS DUDE SAVE MY LIFE. I recently move out to my old parent house back in village area. My monitor fucked up by the moving company. Then i had to look around the town for new monitor, sadly the latest model they had is LG 2009 monitor. Luckily for me its 23" so i had no issues with the size. The only problem is its using VGA port, i had to go nearby town for computer shop. I can easily bough online for 5$, but for me i want to explore and know my local pc shop first, because if anything happen in emergency i know where to go. Ive found about 5 6 computer shop, most of them is selling for 50$, like fr. its literally x10 from online. Hahaha. But at least i found one selling 15$ for the VGA to HDMI adapter. Its better than waiting for whole week for a single item. It still a win for me. Thennnn.. The monitor got this issue as in video, im lost. almost breakdown and smash the monitor. then i had an idea to google it. i found this video. AND IT WORK! The best thing happen for this whole week! THANK YOU!!

for me, that issue arise for secondary display. if you using desktop then try to change that setting with another pc by connecting to your HDD to other pc
