- "Dispossessed Blues" is one of three boogie woogie instrumental films with dance made by pianist Lynn Albritton in 1943. Little is known about her as she never made any recordings.

She didn't look at the piano once! Eyes fixed on the camera as her hands traversed the whole piano. Incredible syncopations and brilliant improvisation. And some great dancing too. Very classy.

The pianist, Lynn Albritton, is so talented! The dancing is interesting to me because we still danced like this in the 50s and 60s. I did not know that the same style existed in the 40s.
The dancing is Lindy Hop which sometimes in the 50s were referred to as Jitterbug.
