Einkorn all purpose is only flour that does not spike my blood sugar

Do these tortillas roll/bend nicely? I understand the flour might be a little different but do they have flexibility?
They are a little stiff but you can re- warm them and then they will become more pliable. They are definitely not as pliable as regular flour tortilla; however, the flavor is really delicious. Tasty and also nutrient dense😊
Would love the recipe, how much butter?? Cannot find it this on post . A little help please.

Thanks for the tortilla method, Becca! Have you tried Spelt flour? I love it and it is also much more digestible than other wheats. I will definitely be trying the einkorn wheat. I thought I was the only one who milled my own flour. I am definitely the only one in the community where I live. It is difficult to find good flour here in my rural town and there is just no variety.

What do you clean your countertop with before kneading the dough on it, I'm a germaphobe and have found that trying to knead on parchment paper does not work.

It might be better not to obsess too much. There is such thing as too much sterility and it is hazardous to your health.
The video recipe uses whole grain einkorn, but the blog recipe uses all-purpose. In the video, you say you use 3 cups of whole grain einkorn. You never give measurements of the other ingredients. I followed your recipe on the blog, but followed your recommendation for using 3 cups of whole grain. You did not make any adjustments on the blog recipe of the water content for whole grain vs all purpose. Not cool. Now I have this very dry, shaggy dough that does not come together at all. You need to adjust your blog recipe to account for using whole grain. I had to add a couple of tablespoons of water to the dough to get it to be manageable without becoming a sticky mess. Einkorn is expensive so wasting this much flour on a bad recipe is not cool at all.

Dear lord is there a recipe anywhere in this? Lol. This could be the best recipe in the world but personally I prefer to follow a video that doesn’t require me scrubbing through so much unrelated dialogue.
El Milagro has the best flour tortilla. Closest to mom's you'll ever get from store bought. Of course, they use refined white flour, so not exactly healthy. Sure are tasty though! 😁
