    This is such good timing for me! I used to make this but fell off for whatever reason. I’m reading “in the flo” right now and fermented foods are great during the follicular cycle 🙌🏻

    I make saurkraut all the time so good for gut health. You should try adding a pickle pipe by the company mason top to the top so it burbs itself. Less work. Love the video

    Love homemade sauerkraut for its probiotics and massive amount of vitamin C. Just wish I knew how to keep the mason jar lid from rusting
