5:55 nice Tai-Otoshi As someone with a Judo background, this portrait why I find it challenging to implement Judo-style throws in Jiu-Jitsu because the throws often create spacn in between for the opponent to escape and scramble when they hit the ground.
Thanks for the comment bro, it's worth noting that the opponent is a free fight so these guys are somewhat difficult to keep on the ground these days and I've been practicing new tricks that make control easier. I'm going to make a video with some of these tricks
But then again IS wrestling. JACKET wrestling with submission. Like having suplex ( uranage), pin, takedown, etc . Which was partly influenced by catch wrestling. Although catch wrestling was also influenced by the Japanese.
Should have had some advantages at least, but the wrestler didnt stay down for more than a second after all the throws, so no points. IMO its bad rules. A clean throw or takedown should at least be a guaranteed advantage regardless of whether the guy scrambles back to his feet or not before 3 seconds.
So, which do you think is better, JUDO o BJJ? I mean, which one would you recomend for a person who lives is in a dangerous neighbourhood and needs to fight in a few months?
Beautiful battle. My coach is Dan Camarillo. So I’m bias for anything with judo. I hope I get to see more of this young man.

When was judo influenced by catch wrestling
@@JonathanAlliali-Die-go5gl Huh during early 1900s. In fact catch wrestlers and judokas FOUGHT each other during that time.
How did the judo guy not score any points. He should have at least 1 point from what I can tell

Guerreiro de azul deu aula sobre quedas! Oss!
Estos en realidad deberían pelear de azul, no de blanco.
Quién es el judoka?
White belt fights are always better than the blacks/browns.
Tomoe nagi city!

Judô vs wrestling num campeonato de jiu-jitsu
Faixa preta de judô e atletas universitários de wrestling não podem competir de faixa branca na ibjjf
coaches like tysons are the worst!
Judô has more tools and jiu jitsu even more tools. I am glad they are training jiu jitsu.
