Even with battery-saving features such as an auto-shutoff, the time will eventually come when the battery in your suspension pump will need to be replaced. In this video, we show how to change the battery in your Tusk Digital Suspension Pump or WP Air Fork Pump.

Same digital gauge as on the "Foundation" brand pump I got from Jenson USA. Probably identical procedure, I'll check it tomorrow.
Worked for my FOX branded mountain bike shock pump too. Guess its just a rebrand of this pump.

How about a video showing us how to replace the hose? I know RM sells the replacement hose.
Thanks. And were they trying to make replacing a battery so hard? And I didn't keep their little wrench, and my Park Tool set goes to 2, not 1.5. Argh.
Seems that’s way for sure. I don’t have a tool that small to remove those. Why not just 4 Phillip head screws.

Hi guys, thanks for the video. Have been troubleshooting my WP pump, I've done everything but the display doesn't turn off after 80 seconds like it should. Any advice?

Mine shows EAA on the display after changing the battery, will not reset itself to 0.00 PSI or bar; ideas ?
If the pressure exceeds 20 bar (300 psi) you will get an ERR error message. You can try to hold down the button for 10 seconds and see if it resets and the error message goes away.
Here lately most of my orders show up days after expected. This really sets me back And going into race season I would expect better from you guys. This is one of the reasons I quit using Motosport.com Seems like I’m going to have to start useing someone else for parts I need on time. Really sad and I hope you guys start doing better.

Not sure how they can help once it’s already shipped. It’s the “free shipping” you guys offer, the “3 day”. Sometimes I get my packages almost next day from Kentucky to Ohio but others, like today’s late package, it went from Kentucky to Illinois and was supposed to be here today. I ordered my stuff Saturday morning and have a feeling it won’t make it from Illinois to Ohio overnight. I feel like if you’re going to ship USPS that you need to make sure people know that their package will ship via them and it will probably not arrive by the expected time. I will call anyone you want me to but let’s try to not have me call someone for a “sorry, there’s nothing we can do.”
