Alagna young was so good.... Si sad that vaduva had such à brief carrier. I Saw her several times and she was a very good singer.

Have always thougth Alagna was better matched with Vaduva then with the other Romanian soprano he later married. This is good, but their Romeo and Juliette at Covent Garden is a standard none have reached again since. IMHO. Both young, attractive, good actors and great chemistry on stage. If you haven't seen that, search it out. Wonderful stuff if you like French rep.
